Construido hace unos 110 años, conserva sus características originales. Recuperado el 2 de marzo de 2014, nos lleva a las pequeñas comodidades de hoy. Es soleado, tiene alma y tiene mucha historia. La construcción antigua de este edificio no tiene las características de insonorización de los edificios más modernos, por lo que esta casa no es recomendable para personas con sueño ligero.
