If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. Apartment Rosa is pet friendly, each pet has its own bowls for food and water :)

Modern, simple elegance is one of the main features of the beautiful villa located in the town of Krk. It has a private pool and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious, open plan living room, dining area and kitchen plus an additional bathroom. On the first and second floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The entire house is air-conditioned. Villa has BBQ and outdoor dining area. The villa is located close to the city centre.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Apartment has one bedroom for two and there is a couch that can be made into bed for two in the living room. Located on ground floor, with easy access to parking and ideal for family with children. Air-condition, microwave, WiFi etc. are included in the price. From summer 2019. apartment will have a new modern bathroom with shower.
