A delightful self-contained Garden Room in the peaceful village of Graffham with lovely rural views, being just a couple of minutes' walk from the popular village shop which supplies a large variety of fresh food and a continental breakfast, as well as walking distance from two excellent pubs. Its a wonderful base to explore the South Downs by foot or bike, or visit the antique shops of Petworth, Petworth House, polo in Midhurst, West Dean Gardens, Parham House, motor & horse racing at Goodwood.

Welcome to THE HUT, a creative, contemporary, stylish SHEPHERD'S HUT in the heart of the South Downs. Electricity, heating and en-suite shower room and kitchenette. A complimentary continental breakfast hamper on day of arrival. Well behaved dogs also welcome. Lovely village pub, farm to fork restaurant, a cafe & village shop a 2 minute stroll away. Great pubs close by. Goodwood Revival, Glorious Goodwood, Festival of Speed a 20 minute drive. A truly magical place which will capture your soul.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Welcome to our shepherds hut, for a touch of glamping in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Perfectly situated for walkers and cyclists as we are right on the South Downs Way and a short drive for Goodwood events. A cosy retreat with scenic views across the Downs, beautiful sunsets, starry skies and passing wildlife. There is a toilet and shower facility. A kettle, mini fridge and teas, coffees, milk, cereals are included in the hut. An electric heater keeps it nice an cosy.

We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided
