This place was perfect for our family weekend of skiing! It was as advertised and matched the pictures. Marco's home is completely renovated and very clean. Marco was proactive with communication, checked the hot tub for us before we arrived, and gave us very friendly and clear instructions. Based on rentals, Marco let us check-in early and even check-out a little later which was very helpful and stress-free. We would definitely love to return!

Artem's place was great. Excellent communication throughout the experience. The place was great and everyone enjoyed themselves. Definitely a place to come back too!

Basic and Beautiful cabin on the lake. Perfect. Great for canoeing, we saw lots of loons …. magical ! Recommend the “Loon Center” small lovely nature center dedicated to loons - nice hiking trails. Host is very responsive. Moultonboro is a lovely area.

This is my second stay at Isabel's and its always a pleasure. She is a very attentive and responsive host. If you ever have any needs, she is always quick to do whatever she can to make your stay a great one. She is a wonderful host! Would definitely recommend and I plan to be back next winter.

This was a great place to stay - the kids could easily walk to the slopes even with their gear. More than enough room for all of us and very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Cozy cabin deep in the woods. Peaceful and secluded. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. Clean, spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water for showers. Comfortable beds. Sarah was pleasant, friendly, easy to communicate with. A great host. And the fireplace was wonderful! Would stay here again without question.

Melissa tailors her home for the perfect experience. The house is decorated to feel like a home and is full of cute, rustic lake house decor. We especially loved sitting on the porch or by the fire pit. The house is well-stocked with everything we needed. Plus, Melissa provides great recommendations for where to go around town during the day and where to eat. Overall, a great place to enjoy nature and the nearby lake.

This is the first time we stayed at Piermont Place. I was with my sisters and we loved how close to the water and how peaceful it was. I've stayed on Armington Lake for the last few summers, love this lake and area, Cottage #4 was wonderful. Looking forward to staying in this same cottage next summer.

Alex was very communicative from the start and gave easy to follow instructions. The place itself was exactly as advertised. The inside decor was great, everything was tidy and all the beds were very comfortable. The insides offered enough space for a few people to comfortable hang out without losing the appeal of a cozy get-away. Fire pit outside was great and the the little creek behind the house was really pretty and made for a good atmosphere. Absolutely wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely little spot in a beautiful area of Vermont! Sitting by the lake is so relaxing, and on clear nights the stargazing is awesome. There are also a lot of great hiking spots nearby, both in VT and NH. Natalie is super responsive and helpful, and the cabin is very clean and well-stocked.

A seasonal lake house rental like this one rarely comes available. It embodies all the warmth and comforts of a place that has been in the same family for over 100 years, which it has. Well constructed and thought out, comfortably furnished and decorated with family heirlooms and memories that make you feel welcome from minute one. Extremely well stocked kitchen if you enjoy cooking, nothing but the best. A newer dock and mooring if your a boater and a shallow sandy swimming area. We've owned our own lake camp in the past and have rented quite a few since. This ones right up there with the best. Highly recommend.

To put it in a nutshell: I would love to buy this place! The house is located on a lovely, wide sandy beach (a rarity on Lake Mascoma). The beach is private, and away from the road. I always wondered who were the lucky people who got to use it. For a week it was me! It is the perfect location for a family gathering: clean sand, shallow water, kid friendly house, lots of toys, tons of outdoor rooms all comfortably furnished and only the sounds of the loons and the kids playing . Robin is very welcoming . She actually encouraged us to host our large family gathering here and let us set up a port a pot to accommodate a disabled guest. It was great to play all day, entertain all evening, and be able to put the kids down for a nap in their own beds whenever the need arose. We never had to leave! My only regret is the week is over!

Fantastic stay at a beautiful little cottage, very charming inside—even more so than the pictures suggest—and the river immediately behind the back of the house is amazing. Extremely cool property!

This place is amazing surrounded by beautiful environment a beautiful lake and tons of great places to eat food. The host made us feel welcome treated us with respect and gave us our privacy all at the same time. places to park. A beautiful, screened in porch to sit on with low light pollution. You had a whole new appreciation for the stars in the sky above you. The kitchen was clean. The bathroom is clean. The washer and dryer was clean. All the beds are made. The fireplace warm and the AC was cold. At the price point, they have broken down for this cabin, you would be foolish to not rent it. The location is perfect. If you’re trying to escape that city life we’re still having a good balance of having the amenities you need around you. If you’re questioning, whether or not to buy a place like this for the weekend take my advice and don’t waste another second rent this while it’s still available as you can probably see it’s constantly booked

We really enjoyed the cottage next to the river. It was during Xmas break so quiet and snowy. You can hear the water current of the river out back, so it had a peaceful feeling. The interiors were just renovated so felt like a brand new home. The detailing was very well done and felt more like a home than an Airbnb. We definitely recommend it for a family as there are two bedrooms and a loft with 2 beds. David was very responsive so no worries. Also the area has nice Vermont towns to visit. Hanover, NH is nearby - home of Dartmouth College.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay here; I wish our trip was longer! The house was so cozy and had everything you could need. Our host was great…friendly, responsive and thoughtful. You also could not ask for a better view of the mountains! The fall foliage views were spectacular; we loved sitting out on the deck to enjoy them. My daughters also loved their room with the bunkbeds and toys! The location was great and so close to shops, restaurants and things to do! We hope to be back next fall!

I used to vacation to Newfound Lake every year and I can say Kevin's cottage is in a prime location. Great proximity to surrounding towns and local highways. Very short walk to Shacketts supermarket. The cottage itself is equipped with kayaks and life jackets with beach access a few mins walk down a quiet road. WiFi worked great for streaming and taking some video calls for work. I think Kevin could have done a bit better comminicating over the app - reservations hinged on getting a extra night added and we were left hanging until the night before l departed for the Airbnb. Bit of a nail-biter, but not a huge issue. Just something to work on for the host! Overall, the stay made up for it and I would not hesitate to bring friends & family here in the future. Easy instructions for check out and everything at the cottage exceeded our expectations.
