Von der Terrasse aus gibt einen schönen Blick auf die Berglandschaft. Die Ferienwohnung wurde zum September 2019 neu ausgestattet und verfügt über TV und Wlan. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe. Von hier aus können Sie schöne Ausflüge in das gesamte Oberland unternehmen. Die kleine Küche lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstück und mehr ein.

Der ideale, ganzjährige Ausgangspunkt für Wander-, Berg-, Rad- und Skitouren. Das modern eingerichtete Apartment -ohne Küche- ist 15 qm groß und befindet sich im Obergeschoß des Hauses. Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
