Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Beautiful located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.

Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars and overlooking the Clinch River. You will be in awe by the breathtaking view of the mountains. Awaken in the early morning clouds of the mountains. Just a little over an hour away from the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. ** I am trying to stay open during the winter months for the first time. The weather over 32 degrees. I will need 24 to 48 hours notice to get things ready**

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!
