We have a brand-new boat dock where you can bring your own boat or rent a boat instead, there is a marina 7 minutes away and you can pull the boat right up on our dock. After a long day, sit around the fire pit and enjoy s’mores! Want to enjoy Gatlinburg but not stay right in the middle of it. We are an hour from there! Enjoy the best of both worlds.

The home sleeps 12 people among four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Additional amenities include spacious living areas on two levels, covered decks, fire pit, 2 kayaks, and a private dock on the main channel. Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.
