There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

El piso de Juana es más que un simple alojamiento. Todo está hecho con el más cuidadoso detalle que te hace sentir que estás como en casa. La decoración con tema marítimo es ideal para la zona y los detalles son tan sencillos como especiales. La vista es impresionante, por la noche la luna llena aparecía en la ventana y la podía apreciar desde la cama. Durante el día el sol no incidía directamente a través de la ventana por lo que el el apartamento se mantenía fresco e iluminado. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y desconectar. El apartamento estaba impecable y tiene a disposición sillas, sombrillas y toallas de playa e incluso sombreros para el uso de los huéspedes. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. La comunicación con Juana fue siempre directa y asertiva. Estuvo pendiente y fue proactiva al momento de la llegada y la salida. Recomiendo este alojamiento con los ojos cerrados. Y yo, sin duda, repetiré!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was very clean and organized. The location was right next to the beach. Carlos was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

La verdad que no pudimos haber escogido mejor sitio para nuestras vacaciones. La casa esta super bien, los aires enfriaron a tope, es pet friendly, limpia y la playa esta super cerca! 100% recomendado! ❤️❤️

Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Übergabe der Wohnung. Ein so toller Blick auf's Meer und wir haben den Balkon im März schon gerne genutzt. Bei Sturm klappern die Fenster. Es gab im Treppenhaus eine Baustelle, die aber gar nicht gestört hat. (3/2025) Die Wohnung ist schön renoviert ( bis auf das Bad ) und sauber. Alles ist vorhanden.

Hemos pasado los días de Semana Santa en casa de Antonio y la hemos pasado genial, ya tenemos ganas de volver. La ubicación esta muy bien y la distribución de cuartos para los 7 del grupo fue perfecta (5 Adultos y dos Niños), incluso nuestra mascota ha disfrutado un mundo en nuestras caminatas matutinas. Antonio ha estado siempre atento, nos dio mucha flexibilidad tanto para el CheckIn como para el CheckOut, así como muchas recomendaciones locales.

Nous avons passé trois semaines particulièrement agréables dans ce magnifique appartenant situé dans un domaine privé paradisiaque et très paisible, jouissant d'une situation exceptionnelle avec une superbe vue sur la mer ainsi que sur les très beaux et confortables jardins, entrevus journellement par un personnel charmant. De plus, la propriété bénéfice d'un excellent emplacement près d'une jolie promenade menant au centre tout proche. A notre arrivée, nous avions été accueilli par Antonio qui s'est montré très sympathique, et toujours disponible lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui par la suite. En conclusion, nous avons beau chercher un point négatif à cette location qui porte parfaitement son nom, mais n'en trouvons pas. Tout était absolument parfait, et c'est suffisamment rare pour ne pas être signalé. Nous n'avons donc qu'un souhait, y retourner dès que possible, tout en espérant qu'après avoir lu nos commentaires, il ne soit pas trop souvent réservé... !

A beautiful and modern apartment with a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony! The tram is only a few steps away, across the road to take you into Alicante town or up to Benidorm, so a car is not really needed, but we hired one to explore further up the coast, as there is a garage and free parking spot too! Hot and powerful showers, comfy beds, air con and heating (rare in Spain!) and even a tumble dryer! Literally everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Pedro has provided lots of small touches to make you feel welcome and he was a very kind and helpful host. 100% recommend staying at Pedro’s place if you’re in Alicante.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

This was our third stay at Cristina’s Apartment. It is a lovely place with great views. At this time of year it is really peaceful. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch walkers and cyclists tackling the coastal path, but there is very little passing traffic. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and has a good supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Can’t fault it!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

The unit is directly across from the sea. There are no windows that face the sea but there easy access to the beach right outside the building. Layout of the unit is functional and family friendly. Beds were new and firm and pillows comfortable. Would recommend.

Would recommend to anyone, clean, tidy, felt comfortable and at ease. Couldn't make the best use of the outside facilities but it was February. Maria was excellent with communications, very responsive and positive information. Lovely, thank you.

Nos alojamos en esta preciosa casa de tres plantas y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. La casa es muy bonita, acogedora y está equipada con todo lo necesario, ideal para unas vacaciones en familia con niños. La ubicación es excelente: a un paso de la playa de Nowbor y cerca de todo, incluso un Mercadona a pocos minutos. Además, desde la terraza hay unas vistas espectaculares que hicieron nuestras tardes aún más especiales. También está muy bien situada para visitar pueblos como Jávea, Altea o Benidorm. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable y acogedora. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda!

De locatie was perfect. In het centrum, dicht bij het strand en de boulevard. Het is een mooi, nieuw, ruim appartement op de begane grond met een balkon. Het zwembad is verwarmd! 3 ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Aan te raden!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im März 2025 und das trotz einiger Regentage. Das lag vor allem an der tollen Wohnung, die sowohl meiner Schwester mit ihren Kindern, als auch unseren Eltern und mir und meinem Partner alles geboten hat, was man sich wünschen kann. So ein toller Ausblick und ein wunderschöner Garten! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!! Gracias!!

Wat een unieke plek en prachtig huis, echt direct aan zee/de boulevard van Paradis. Het huis is heerlijk licht en prima geïsoleerd. Dankzij de tuin én het riante dakterras kan je de hele dag van de zon (of de schaduw) genieten. Gunstige ligging tov een supermarkt en de doorgaande wegen. Binnen enkele autominuten sta je in het oude centrum van Villajoyosa. Uitstekende support met snelle reacties door Olga van Rental Benidorm.

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

Apartamento bonito y acogedor a menos de 10 minutos de la playa. Muy bien equipado, zona tranquila con aparcamiento gratuito. Tewfik ha sido muy disponible y nos ha dado todas las informaciones que necesitábamos. Precio super. Muy recomendable.
