Nuestra estancia fue excelente, la casa es amplia y muy linda, muy bien cuidada, don Alexis y Doña Blanca están pendientes de lo que pueden ayudarte y te hacen sentir bienvenido, me gustó que te muestran toda la casa y te entregan lo que puedes encontrar en la cocina para ayudarte en tu estancia. Que estuviera frente a la playa fue muy importante para nosotros ya que íbamos con un adulto mayor que no puede caminar mucho y pudo disfrutarlo. Los cuartos son cómodos y ofrecen privacidad.

This is my second time staying here. This place is in a great location. Easy to get around. Mr. Adonis & wife are friendly, helpful people. The place is private,safe and clean. The owners make you feel like friends. 5 stars 🌟 great place! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Estamos muy contentos de habernos quedado en la propiedad de Leonel. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de un area comercial donde hay supermercado lo cual lo hizo accesible para nosotros y cercana a nuestros familiares. La casa es espaciosa, acogedora, se siente mucha paz, muy funcional para las necesidades de mi familia. Leonel nos atendió muy bien nuestras necesidades y sin percance alguno. Muchas gracias y esperamos que en un futuro podamos regresar.

Un alojamiento bonito y cómodo a unos 20 min en auto de los principales atractivos de Managua y fácil de salir a las atracciones más alejadas, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y muy seguro (al menos así lo sentimos), lo único es el estrés de pensar en el consumo diario de la electricidad que en lo personal me hizo sentir un poco abrumado, sin embargo al final salimos bien utilizando solo por las noches el aire acondicionado de 1 habitación únicamente, no me imagino usando los 4 AC que existen en alojamiento.

Wow! No words for this lovely home and the even more lovely hosts. Spend your day at your own private waterfall, collecting mangos, walking in the river or reading in the hammock. Ben, Claire and the adorable Isabelle are wonderful people, full of local knowledge and plant expertise! Sun drenched, with multiple places to hike and eat fresh fruits, this place is definitely worth the trip, don’t miss! Thank you for such an unforgettable time.

Es un lugar lindo, cómodo, limpio y acogedor. Con muy buena iluminación y ventilación. La zona me pareció muy tranquila, agradable y segura. Los anfitriones muy respetuosos y nada invasivos. Sharon en especial estuvo siempre disponible para resolver todas mis dudas, me apoyó con sugerencias siempre que lo necesité y me ayudó para facilitar mi estancia hasta donde le fué posible. Espero regresar muy pronto y sin duda alguna volvería a reservar con ella. Es una mujer muy cálida y amable. 100% recomendable!!!

Great Place within walking distance of the airport. Very clean and easy to find. There was an ice cold beer waiting for me, which was delicious after a 3.5 hour drive. Claudio was very helpful and responsive. Julie his assistant met me at the apartment with the keys. I will be staying here again in the future as I will be traveling in and out of Nicaragua frequently in the coming years. Thanks for the beer!!

Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio, con todos los servicios tal como se describen en el anuncio. La cama era cómoda, el vecindario tranquilo y seguro, y la decoración tenía un toque acogedor que hizo que me sintiera como en casa. Se puede mover por la ciudad. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría y volvería sin dudarlo!

Oscar was an exceptional host, even took the time to personally show my wife how to get to the supermarket and carried the groceries himself..!!! Always helpful with recommendations and assistance. Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

Me encantó mi estancia en Kodu Apartments. El lugar es limpio, moderno, bien equipado, y las instalaciones como la piscina y el gimnasio están en excelente estado. La ubicación es conveniente y segura, con fácil acceso a todo. Además, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Amazing Stay I booked this Airbnb for my mom and grandmother, and it exceeded all expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. They were incredibly sweet to my grandmother and even helped her get upstairs, which meant so much to us.

We were so happy with our stay here. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The groundskeeper did such an amazing job keeping the area beautiful and an extremely clean pool which we enjoyed daily. The host and cleaning staff were friendly, responsive and helpful the entire time, even through the holidays. We will definitely be back to this location, this is our #1 pick in the city. Close to everything you need and a wonderful place to enjoy. Thank you Kodu staff and security!!!
