It is a perfect place to stay when exploring tourist attractions in the Midlands or going to a wedding in one of Cavans hotels or just for a quiet break The self contained apartment is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials needed for a self-catering break. The stone cottage was previously home to Dan Rua. Completely renovated the cottage it is back to full life, with 4 acres of land hosting home to our younger friesian calves, providing a traditional Irish Cottage Setting.

Tea Rose Cottage, Ross, Co Meath.

Fabulous fun, quirky cottage with good Wifi/work. The cottage is bright and cosy with a constant supply of hot water. Bathroom with a walk-in shower, beside the 2 bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and the other has a 4ft6 double. The cottage is priced for 2 people 1 bedroom if the additional bedroom is required there is an additional charge. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful dining area to enjoy a home cooked meal. The cottage is set is a rural area close to Lough Sheelin.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Peacock House

The Peacock House is located within the Lismore Demesne. It was once the dairy and workers cottage. From the 1980s onwards it was used to house peacocks, giving the cottage its name. After being left dormant for 80 years it was lovingly restored three years ago. These days it is a bright and cozy cottage offering tranquil views of mature trees and park land. There is private access to forest walks along the Doney Stream just outside the doorstep.
