The view was gorgeous, it was very private, comfy beds and plenty of options for hanging out outside. We wish we could have used the 4th bedroom, but it is only accessible from the outside of the home and had no bathroom. Our family, with two toddlers, loved the putting green and ability to eat on the outside deck.

We visited for the total solar eclipse as the property was in the path of totality. The property was exactly as described. The "master suite" part of the property was nice having its own entrance/exit from the other two bedrooms. We took my sister and two nephews with us. Our 4-year old nephew loved having his own big room and bathroom. A pack and play was provided for the youngest nephew - which was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was a nice addition. The swimming pool was also nice. There is an outdoor area to BBQ, however, its a community item so if someone else was using it you were unable. We changed our menu plans so it wouldn't be an issue for us. The river walk was also nice for our dogs. The property is kept up very nice, the landscaping is beautiful and the doggy stations along the perimeter are appreciated. We would definitely visit here again.

Twin Canyons is a beautiful slice of what the northern edge of Texas Hill Country has to offer. Beautiful views, surprising changes in elevation, challenging hikes and excellent trails. Longhorn cattle abound. Small bass fishing in stock ponds. Easy access to Granbury and Glen Rose and all the Brazos/Paluxy and all author “John Graves” territory has to offer. Super family and corporate event friendly. Newly finished, pristine cottages with well stocked kitchens and every amenity lend themselves to a perfect family reunion or corporate event! We were only here for a couple’s weekend getaway, and it was perfect for that, too. Thankful these owners allow us “regular folk” to come and see. Twin Canyons is a real Texas working ranch who allows family and friends experience what they are all about. Strongly recommend!

Loved the house, plenty of parking for our carport of ladies. The house was clean for the most part and definitely would stay again.

We loved staying here! The house was clean and well organized. Everything looked as advertised and the location was so peaceful! It was outside of Granbury but the drive into town was less than ten minutes. We are definitely going to be visiting again on our next trip to Granbury!

This place was amazing! Dawn was very responsive and proactive in recommending restaurants and boat rental places, etc. The setting in the backyard was beautiful with the pool and the lake and it was so peaceful. Sergio was a great host and the house was a lovely getaway close to Benbrook Lake. We enjoyed the privacy and the amenities. Everything was spotless and we had a great time gathering as a family on this property. The artwork was very interesting and a topic of conversation for us all. We enjoyed the game room, the pool and the spacious kitchen, dining, family area. There was plenty of parking in the circle drive and access was very easy. We will definitely be coming back for future family get togethers! One small note for people using Google Maps when selecting this property, the road is gated from the park area. Great for privacy but expect to walk to the lake or drive around through the main entrance.
