Location was ideal for my group that was in town for Mad Moose's Behind the Rocks trail races, about halfway between town & the trails. House was super clean & well-stocked with basics + kitchen had lots of appliances/cookware/etc to provide our own meals. Host was very responsive & communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

The proximity to Arches along with a super clean, thoughtfully decorated and stocked place made this place a winner for our family. Everything was just as described.

We had a great time here. Nice house, plenty of parking for trucks and trailers, very clean nice property. We would come back for sure.

Austin was a great host and his home was just what we wanted for our stay in Moab. It is located just outside of town (maybe a 5 minute drive, not far and super convenient). Parking was easy everywhere Place looked just like the pictures and was free of clutter and CLEAN! Austin provided everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen utensils and cookware for cooking some meals in. There were plenty of pool towels and extra bath towels and linens. Extra pillows and blankets too. My kids loved the pool and hot tub access just a block away in the development. Playground and basketball were also a hit for the kids. Austin had basketball, tennis rackets and more there for our use. He was responsive and offered to give any recommendations we needed. He checked in with us to make sure our stay was just right. Would definitely stay here again!

All was as advertised. No surprises! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet location outside of town yet not too far. Hot tub and pool was much appreciated.

Lovely home! Clean, inviting, easy to enjoy. It’s 10-15 min drive south of downtown, so location may be an issue for some folks. Very pleasant stay!

This house was our “home away from home” for a month and we totally fell in love with it. The house feels warm and cozy (not impersonal and sterile as some Airbnbs do). It's the little things we don't carry while travelling but that made our stay easy: a soda-stream, tupperware boxes we could use on a hike. Humidifier was a nice touch to help us acclimatise to the desert. We had more room than we could ask for: main bed is the size of a football field, each of us had a desk to work at, and anytime we could just step out on the patio and watch the neighbours: Blue jay Fred and cheeky chipmunks. Views from the patio are breathtaking! The Castleton tower dominates the east, La Sals to the south keep their “head in the clouds.” The location is perfect! Away from the Moab rush, close to trails less trodden; it's 30 minutes to the Arches NP entrance. In case of a coffee emergency, the Sorrel ranch is close. This is a great place and if we're in this area ever again, we'd surely return.

If I could make it more stars I would. This house exceeded are expectations by far and hosts were super helpful and responsive. House was fully stocked with everything we needed and location was perfect for Arches, Canyonlands, Capital Reef and state parks. Clean and private and star gazing was awesome. Wood burning fireplace was so relaxing and we used it every night of our 9 night stay. Cant wait to return.

Holly is very responsive to inquiries, issues and additional info/help. Home is well stocked for cooking, meals together, and extended stay with laundry. Well laid out for a group. Functional furniture and kitchen. Uncluttered. We were 6 adults in our late 60's there to explore the Swell and Green River Rocks. Wanted a ranch style - one level. Plenty of space for privacy and togetherness. Made suggestions for a couple of useful ammenities - well received. Great base camp for families or friends looking to explore the incredible geology and beauty there - from moab to goblin valley, Price, Nine Mile and especially the Bookcliffs and all of the Swell.

Loved the location, pool, and hot tub. The games in garage were great for our kids. Close to Arch’s and only 20 minutes from Canyonlands. Great stay.

Stayed here for Christmas. Great cozy place. Very quiet. Sadly it was too cold to enjoy the private courtyard but i can only imagine how nice this would be during the spring/summer/fall. It was about two blocks from the main street. The blocks are large/long, but totally walkable. I would recommend this place to a family.

We had a great time with our college friends from over 50 years ago. The 4 of us loved the place and location.

Great place in Moab. Was a perfect launch pad for our daily adventures. Loved having the whole garage for our bikes and gear. Made everything so much easier.

Simply amazing! We spent our annual family vacation here and loved every minute! I traveled with my immediate family (husband and two daughters) and in-laws. The house was so comfortable for 6 adults and 2 kids. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful for dinners in. Everyone slept so well all week! The bikes in the garage were a plus for my daughters and me. We got to ride around the neighborhood everyday! Communication was great too with the management company. They were so kind and let us know when the house was ready for us. Would definitely return!

Walter's place has a simple and flexible check in and check out process. The airbnb has comfortable funitures and all the amenities we needed, even 4 ice cube trays! I would stay here again to visit the national parks around the area!

Perfect place to stay for exploring Moab, Arches, and Canyon Lands. Beautiful views from the home, nice backyard, and kid friendly set-up. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in Moab! Spacious comfortable three bedrooms, with a cozy living room and kitchen with all of the necessities provided. The hot tub in the private backyard is lovely, and we also enjoyed the neighborhood pool. Just a short drive to downtown Moab and only 15ish minutes from Arches National Park. Excellent, responsive host! We enjoyed our stay!
