The Franklin House is a historic home that contains 3 condos. Located downtown, across the street from the restaurants, bars, stores, coffee houses and museums and one block from the waterfront/musical fountain. GH State Park is 1 mile down the boardwalk. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Each condo sleeps 4, which is our legal limit and enforced. All units have private entrances/outdoor spaces with tables, chairs and Weber grills.

Comfy queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Wi-Fi and cable channels available. Located in a safe, quiet, wooded, country neighborhood close to Grand Haven, and Holland, with access to many parks, beaches, and golf courses. The apartment is perfect for business travelers, couples or small families visiting the area.

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.
