The house has four bedrooms (2Q, 1F, 2T) and two bathrooms. The living room is open to the kitchen & has twin french doors open to our oversized screen porch with epic water views. The property has a private sandy beach with great deep water swimming - access in shallows is clay and silt bottom however.
