Location is 15 minutes/6 miles from downtown TC. Close to VASA & Tart biking trails, beaches, wineries, distilleries & Flintfields Horse Park.

Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area. Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watchiing.
