A new cabin nestled in a wooded meadow 600 yards from beautiful Lake Guntersville. 2 minutes to a public boat ramp and 4 minutes to Sunrise Marina with a large ramp, parking, fuel, services, etc. A spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a full bath, 2 queen and one twin roll out bed plus a large sofa. I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.
