David's lovely log home is just great and in a beautiful location. The 4 BR home was perfect for our three family vacation. The game room was wonderful for our kids on the trip. The kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed to make our one meals for five of the six nights. Plenty of refrigerator space and storage. Lots of seating for sharing meals. We wanted so badly to use the kayaks, but the weather was just too cold and windy. Next time. We did let the kids play in the yard and enjoy the dock area. There are two decks/patios and plenty of room to sit. We just felt right at home in the log/lodge/bear decorated home. We enjoyed the Ark Encounter that is only 15 minutes away two days, and we went to the Creation Museum that is only 30 minutes away. There's a Wallmart, Duncan Donuts, Spirits Shop and a Cracker Barrell close. The only thing that would make it better is a washer & dryer. David was very responsive to texts, and helpful with suggestions. Would go back!

Very comfy! Recliners in the living room and king size beds! Plenty of linens, well stocked kitchen, great parking, great communication. Can’t ask for anything more.

It was a great place for our family to reconnect. Very clean. Peter was super responsive and helpful.

We were so thankful to find Keisha’s charming country cottage, that was available for even a one night stay for our family. Our grandkids loved the surrounding yard and exploring on a walk towards the lake. We filled up the space with 7 folks but there was ample sitting and sleeping room. The cottage was comfortable, welcoming and cozy in what became a stormy night, Keisha going above and beyond by notifying us of the weather warnings. Our family so enjoyed our evening together and were so close to the Ark Encounter for the next mornings visit which was the goal! A lovely stay and host! Highly recommended!

We took a trip to KY with my three kids and aunts/uncle. There were plenty of beds and spaces for all of us to spread out without being right on top of each other. The kitchen had plenty of everything for us to be able to cook our meals there during our stay which we very much appreciated! The back yard view off the deck is peak KY beauty and very peaceful. Our kids enjoyed having a fire and toasting marshmallows so much. The provided roasting sticks were a huge bonus. We were able to see both the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum during our stay and we also made it to the Cincinnati Zoo and Mammoth Caves. Our kids were thrilled to see Wingfeather books on the shelves and enjoyed reading them in the evenings. Highly recommend for families ❤️

Matt was a great host. He was very responsive to our messages. The cabin was very peaceful and relaxing and had a great view. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a group of six who stayed there a few days and it was a great experience! The instructions were very clear and we had everything we needed. The bathrooms were roomy and we loved having good closet spaces! Basically the newness and cleanliness made you feel like you were in a new home. We had a beautiful view, but it unfortunately rained the entire time we were there. Speaking of rain, we were a little concerned about the road based on some other reviews, BUT even with 4 days of constant rain, we didn’t have any issues navigating the roads. As others have said, 4 wheel drive is helpful. We reached out to Marie during our stay and she responded within minutes and resolved our question quickly. We can’t wait to return during good weather to really enjoy the lake view:)

we are very blessed to have been given the opportunity to stay at your home. had all the amenities needed, location was perfect with a park and trails next to the property, shopping and The Ark just minutes away. If you are looking for a place with a little bit of everything, this is it. We will 100% be back. y'all have a safe and blessed rest of your day!
