This experience was great! I would highly recommend staying here. The house was amazing and just as it is listed. Extremely clean and tons of space. Not a single complaint. Eddie was a great host and very responsive with anything we needed. I would recommend staying at this house and any other properties that Eddie has.

Absolutely loved this house! I took my family on vacation to Melbourne for the 1st time and this house was a perfect fit for us! I had my husband, 2 teen girls and one of their friends, plus our 2 dogs and we had plenty of space! The house is located in a great place, close to everything! There's plenty of restaurants close by and there are beautiful beaches within 20-30 minutes. The pool was awesome, my kids loved being able to swim whenever they wanted to. It was still a little to chilly to get to really enjoy it, so we definitely have to cone back when it gets warmer! I would definitely bring my family back and stay here again! I wish we could've stayed longer, since we were only able to stay 4 nights. So next time we're staying the whole week. I definitely recommend this house to others! We had an amazing time!

Our two families equaling 9 people stayed here and it was absolutely lovely! Very modern decor with everything you need and more! 5 kids greatly enjoyed the toys and such in the garage, and they all had their own space to sleep. We had a great stay and would absolutely return!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was amazing! Eddie was very responsive to our needs. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be contacting Eddie on our next trip!

My friends and I had a wonderful girls getaway! It was quiet at the house with a beautiful backyard oasis to relax in! We also were able to walk to the beach and many other places around us. Close enough to everything Disney, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet when needed! Michelle thought of everything when it comes to beach fun! I think had bikes, a wagon, cooler, chairs, and towels!

We came to fish the Headwaters Lake, the house was in a perfect location! Close to the tackle shop, Fellsmere Adventures , 15 minutes from the lake. Easy access to grocery store, awesome restaurants, we ate at the Old Fish House twice, great food and they serve take out for furry family member. Ceasar's place was just as described and an awesome place to stay to fish and eat! Cesar was kind, attentive and responsive. I walked our dog at all times day and night, I felt safe in the neighborhood and the people we met were nice too! We will be back in October.

We booked this place for a place to stay before our cruise and it was perfect! The house is spotlessly clean and uncluttered, open and very nicely styled. My kids and I were able to chill-out! We loved the pool and great yard. The house is close to the village and filled with restaurants and shops. And we were 15 minutes from Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. I wish we had a few days booked after our cruise to come back. I would recommend the house for families or no-kid adventures, great fit either way. I should note that Anee was very responsive and helpful in all communications.

Our stay was fantastic! Everything was just as described and pictured. The pool area was great, very spacious for a large family. The house was very well stocked with any type of supplies you could possibly need from a beach wagon and chairs to garlic salt lol! If you think you forgot it, Tara probably has it there for you to borrow or use. We will definitely be returning to Tara’s properties in the future. I 100% recommend booking with Tara! Oh and the beach is dog friendly and has FREE parking. It’s within walking distance of the home as well. GREAT PLACE

This home was amazing very clean and very organized felt super comfortable in this home it was just like pictures and even better I love how the host has everything labeled i love how they had a little bit of everything definitely would 100 percent would come back!!!

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!

This was a wonderful place for anyone bringing pets, the heated pool was a great asset. There was plenty of room with the open floor plan which made it very spacious and was well stocked with essentials. It's a convenient location. I do think the porch around the pool area could be cleaner. Melanie was great at responding.

This stay was truly unforgettable. This house is hands-down one of the most thoughtfully designed and well-appointed Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the host poured so much attention and care into every detail - from the high-end fixtures and gorgeous decor to the cozy, luxurious bedding and absolutely stunning bathrooms (the main one with a tub inside the shower was such a dream!). The home was also extremely clean, which made the entire experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Every room felt fresh, spotless, and meticulously maintained. The outdoor space was just as impressive- a beautifully maintained pool with floats, hammocks for relaxing, a mini golf setup, and a convenient little area with balls and chairs that our kids loved. The home was so well set up for young ones while still feeling elevated and stylish. The kitchen was fully stocked and just as beautiful as the rest of the house, we didn’t want to leave!

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

Aggie was the best host! Communication with her was a breeze. Aggie went above & beyond in her helpfulness. She seems to genuinely care about making guests comfortable & happy with their stays. Kitchen was very well-stocked.....more than most. Couch & master bed were comfortable. Since there was no ceiling fan in master bedroom, Aggie provided a table fan, which was wonderful. The cottage was very peaceful/serene. The trees & plants were beautiful. My kitty loved looking out the windows! I live locally, but my husband & I & our feline girl needed someplace to stay while very noisy work was being done on my house. I'd gladly book a stay at any of Aggie's properties, if I or any of my family or friends needed a place in the future. Thanks so much for everything, Aggie! You're a gem of a host -- and a person!!

Katie was an incredible host and has created a great space minutes away from buzz of Cocoa Beach and second away from a low traffic peaceful beach. The space is clean, outfitted and has everything needed - from beach accessories to fully stocked kitchen. Katie was responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend if you want a great spot with the best of both worlds - out of the chaos of “downtown” but still close enough to walk to the pier or drive into town.

We had an incredible stay in Sebastian, Florida! Eddie was a fantastic host—super responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was perfect: great pool, awesome grill setup, and an unbeatable location. Easily our best Airbnb experience yet. Highly recommend!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and it was absolutely beautiful. The host was very responsive, friendly, and welcoming! They were great to work with! They had beach items ready for use with the beach just 2 1/2 blocks away. It was wonderful to be able to walk down to the beach and soak in the beautiful weather! It was a very positive experience for us and we will definitely be back again! ❤️

Anyalie's home was absolutely beautiful! The pool and backyard was resort quality! The home itself was very clean, welcoming and spacious! It was great for kids and adults! We thought Anyalie was a fantastic host! She was so professional, responsive and kind! This house and host will not disappoint!

Bonnie’s home was perfect for our daughter’ family visit over the Christmas Holiday. They appreciated feeling right at home in the lovely, clean, comfortable house and being close to us. We highly recommend a stay there and plan to save the information for future visits. Thank You Bonnie
