Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

The "1A Chalet" with a large wellness area, bathtub with stunning view, terrace and indoor sauna is located at about 1600 hm, right in the holiday village in the ski area on the Koralpe. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Towels, linen and coffee capsules are included in the price! 2 Kingsize Beds in sleeping rooms and 1 Couch as a bed option in the living room.65" UHD TV is the highlight!

Calm and cosy suite offers the perfect starting point for hiking, mountaineering or cycling. Dein Ferienhaus liegt mitten im grünen weststeirischen Hügelland, umgeben von Wald, Wiesen und Äckern. Im Garten blühen stets verschiedenste Blumen, Sträucher und Bäume. Das Haus besteht aus einem alten Bauernhaus von 1817, welches um einen modernen Zubau stilvoll erweitert wurde. Im Obergeschoss sind 4 Schlafräume, 2 mit Balkon. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche, der Essbereich mit Kamin und die Bauernstube. Erholung findest du in der Sauna oder Dampfbad oder beim Yoga im Garten.

Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
