Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, big bathtub, art, extra bedding, TV, library and washer.

Merry's Garden Suite is a beautifully remodeled, sunlit apartment with a connected outdoor balcony deck. The nine windows in the bedroom afford gorgeous, sweeping views of the foothills. This apartment is designed with comfort, ease, and functionality in mind. It contains a fully outfitted kitchen and a lovely bathroom area that sits in the trees. The suite is located only 2 minutes from downtown Nevada City by car, or 5 minutes on foot. A comfortable roll away bed is available on request

High Street Guesthouse

Our studio apartment has its own entrance and is separate from our home. You will enjoy a comfy queen bed and table/chairs for 2 with strong Wi-Fi in the studio, our SmartTV that will let you watch most popular streaming apps that you have an account with as well as the many free streaming apps that we have on the TV. We’re ½ block off Main St and three blocks from Grass Valley's vibrant downtown. We dislike so-called 'cleaning fees' when we travel so we don't charge them.

Sweet 101

Sweet 101 is a bright, clean and private Bungalow in walking distance to downtown Grass Valley and the Nevada County Fairgrounds. The Bungalow sleeps 2 but could accommodate up to 4. Full kitchen and bathroom. Wifi and TV provided. On and off street parking. Located less than a block from a large City park with great play equipment for the kids. Complimentary local coffee and treats. Both of the host are local business owners and available to share info on the area.

Sleeps 4 comfortably (queen sofa bed in living room) queen air mattress if six occupants are desired. Any more guests over 4 there is a charge of $10/person per night. Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.
