Completely Private this property has a large unique yard, sheltered by lots of trees, lots of sitting areas and rustic decor. Have a cozy, quiet stay in this older, charming ranch house. Horse boarding is available. Trail ridding or hunting is permitted on owners land with discussion. Gopher hunters are welcome!

The house is fully furnished with everything required for day to day living and entertaining. There are three separate great outdoor living spaces, one has an outdoor fireplace. This historical character home (1 of 10 nicknamed the 10 commandments) has three levels for guests to access.

Welcome to Winside Acres. This is part of a working grain farm in the heart of the Saskatchewan grain belt. 6 minutes away from Caronport, SK for families visiting PHA hockey, Briercrest Athletics, Briercrest Academy or the quiet of a rural setting. It is 12 miles from Moose Jaw and all of its amenities. We are on a grid/gravel road. We are a seasonal rental as we are a working farm. The house was newly renovated in 2020.
