The beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Chalet is located on a semi-rural property, only 15 minutes from Albany CBD. With everything a family could need. We are a Pet Friendly retreat with plenty of room for your pets to run and play. A short walk through the property you will find the Kalgan River, where you can kayak with the family. We have plenty of kayaks for you to use free of charge. We have a few friendly farm animals including Nigerian Dwarf goats, horses and an alpaca.

Wander 170 acres of old growth forest. Listen to the Boobook owls at night, & Kookaburras in the morning. Have a BBQ on your private wrap-around veranda. Snuggle by the fire at night in our spacious, charming chalets. NB- On platforms other than our own such as this, we have to lift prices by up to 20 percent due to fees.

Both the open plan living and bedroom have glass sliding doors to the large balcony and the stunning views. The ensuite including spa bath, shower and detached toilet. Burnley House offers a little luxury in a peaceful country setting. Furnished carefully to suit a grand bygone era. Burnley House offers a separate gazebo in the adjoining yard with your own BBQ and Pizza oven. You have exclusive access to your own private pool. Verandahs surround the house, overlooking the pool and a large, lawned, and paved area. Burnley offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, and another two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs.
