Built in 1881, in historic Church Hill, with modern amenities, the quiet, central Gawler location offers an unique, private, short accommodation option, close to the Barossa Valley. Located to the rear of the Courthouse, guests enter a luxury ensuite, into an expansive bedroom with couch and table. The massive, freestanding bath is divine. Initial breakfast supplies are provided in the room.

My house has lovely views of Dempster Head Rock and the stunning cobalt waters of West Beach. Our street is quiet, just up the hill from the CBD, away from shops. Your unit is completely separate with large, beach style bedroom, sea views and white tiled large foyer leading to a kitchenette / laundry, then separate bathroom and enclosed patio with clothesline & BBQ . If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, or if you would like to meet me I will enjoy sharing my local knowledge.

I like to greet guests on arrival, but lockbox available if this not possible. 2 spacious bedrooms (never rented separately), small lounge/kitchenette and sparkling bathroom all to yourself. Located in best residential area of Adelaide but close to everything you need (free public transport, cafes, supermarkets, parks etc)

Shelley Rocks Private Guest Suite

A modern, concrete tilt-up house located literally metres from the beautiful Boston Bay. Your 2 bedroom private suite with its own luxurious bathroom where you can sit in the freestanding bath and look out over the bay is located in your downstairs section of the house. Relax in the indoor egg chair or on the extra large lounge, open the front bifold doors and watch seals, dolphins, whales and ospreys pass within metres. Walk out the front onto the Parnkalla Trail or just relax on the deck.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

Our retreat gets you back to nature... with vineyard and scrub walks, (accompanied by at least one of our Border Collies), friendly geese, an inquisitive free-roaming peacock, hens, rescued & wild kangaroos, the occasional Koala and a myriad of birdlife. The 150 year old cottage has a king size bed with linen and towels included in the main bedroom. The lounge with a tv can be made up as a second bedroom with a daybed.. A full large bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower. The small kitchen is cosy but well equipped, including a stocked pantry, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, m/wave.
