The Carriage

The Carriage offers our guests a stay within a converted railway carriage. Departing for its final journey in 1952, has since been restored to its former glory. Sitting proudly on the station platform, located on the ground floor. This stunning King bedroom maintains all of it's original character, while providing guests with the luxury features you would expect. At the front of the carriage, you will find the large walk in rainfall shower, complete with a deep copper sink and copper fittings.

Oldlands Farmhouse is a charming 500 year old listed building set within 2 acres. Located 5 minutes from Gatwick Airport, with free parking on site (up to 3 days for free and 10 GDP (each day thereafter). There is an award winning family pub opposite us. There is a double bed in each of the themed rooms. Pls confirm parking prior to arrival as is limited. Each room has Netflix or Sky, a Flat Screen TV and Tea / Coffee Making facilities. Wake up to a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee before heading out into the historic city of Canterbury. Loch Ness

Named after the most famous loch in Scotland, the Loch Ness room sleeps 4 people (1 double or twin beds and bunk beds) and offers and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This room also boasts an outside terrace with amazing views over the Fort Augustus and the River Oich. We are also dog friendly are happy to welcome well behaved pets with responsible owners. We will even provide a bed for the extra family member. (There is an additional charge of £20 per pet).

The airport bus stop (Aircoach) is located 400m from us. Luas tram stops just 500m from our townhouse.
