Great place to stay - right on the beach but private, so not bothered by the endless vendors. The staff were lovely and helpful. very clean and tidy. loved being able to have an AC to sleep at night. My only request was that it would be so helpful to have a water machine, as it was very hot and having to lug big bottles of water was a pain.

Beautiful spot near the lake within short walking distance to take a boat to Crescent Island. Ruth was really helpful and let us leave bags and check in a bit early. The fresh milk from the cows next door and the friendly dogs were a great bonus.

Banu was a wonderful host! The place is absolutely dreamy—perfectly located in Kiwengwa, about an hour from Stone Town. We loved how peaceful and quiet the area was, while still being close enough to drive to other spots in Zanzibar. The home is ideal for a trip with family or friends—spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities you could need. Banu went above and beyond by providing large quantities of bottled water and laundry detergent, and she was super responsive and helpful with any additional resources we needed. I would definitely come back—I'm already missing it!

When you meet Violet you know why her place is the way it is. She is respectful, very kind and responds to any need instantly. Her place felt like I was in my home something I don’t say lightly because it’s not every day I find a place that feels like home. Her staff is just as amazing, I would recommend this place to anyone that has a family, anyone that wants a place to just rest, one of the few places that has Air conditioning that works well. Don’t be fooled by the small part of Najeera road that’s under construction, this place is 10000% worth it. Uns hat die Unterkunft super gefallen und ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Sie hat eine sehr große Küche und Wohnzimmer, wo man sich gut aufhalten kann. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen, etwas außerhalb von Voi und per Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Im Really Really Really Going To Miss My Now Home Away From Home, Ive Never Had A Host Be So Sweet, Thoughtful, Attentive And All Other Good Things During My Stay And Ms Lesley Is One Of Them But Ok About The Place Lol :) It Is Might I Say A Gem Beautiful Property Estate With My Now Fur Friends Who Love To Greet. Its In A Secluded Area That Is So Calming And Peaceful When Youve Had A Long Day In The City. Around The Corner Is The Polo Club Where You Can Take Mornings Walks To See The Zebras Wildebeest And Other Animals That Is Just A Beautiful Site To See In Itself. Dont Hesitate To Book Any Of Her Cottages. I Will Be Back For Sure Thank You So Much Ma Lesley For Thee Best Stay Ive Ever Had :)

My family's stay here was fun filled and very relaxing. The house was homely and peaceful and the beach was excellent. The host was very helpful and professional. God willing I'll certainly be back.

I highly recommend Mbabazi’s place. The house is beautifully finished, and it was well prepared for our visit with details such as refreshments. The place is well maintained, with a caretaker to assist and security. We appreciate that they were able to deliver some things that we had forgotten behind just in time before our flight left. We will definitely consider staying here next time we are back. Thank you
