Great location for being able to walk most places downtown. Very clean and comfortable.

This was a beyond beautiful space with a phenomenal view of the mountains. Matt was very responsive, understanding, respectful and friendly when in communication via message. Excellent host.

This was our first Airbnb experience. The loft was beautiful just as described in the advert. Located on historic South Gay Street, one block over from Market Square it was just like we had hoped. After that, the key for us was a very comfortable and firm bed which was met. Finally, Dylan and Suzanne were extremely patient and helpful with any of our questions. Definitely worth the money.

Great place, good location. Plenty of space and easy access to Knoxville and good restaurants. Would highly recommend and use again next time we are back in Knoxville.

A nice location at the end of Gay Street to walk to various restaurants/bars in Old City or the Smokies new baseball stadium. The loft itself is great- the mattress caused some sleepless nights as did the noise in the hallway, however after 10..ish, the noise dies down. Just play white noise on your phone, and you’ll be fine. Again, the location is great, the loft is quaint with all the essentials! I wouldn’t be giving a honest review if I didn’t mention the parking, which is completely out of the owners control. If you’re coming without a vehicle- this location is a home run and a must stay. However with a vehicle….the parking was the most aggravating part of my entire work trip. The CAPITAL LOT is up a very steep hill and not how I wanted to start or end my day. Instacart is a must for groceries.

Dylan and Suzanne were fantastic hosts! Incredibly proactive and helpful - they ensured a seamless experience from start to finish. The loft was exactly as pictured. It has been on our bucket list to have a city loft experience in a beautiful, walkable old city neighborhood and this was just that. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner, coffee, and the theatre without having to worry about parking from one stop to the next. The beds and pillows were so plush and comfy. The noise machine in the bedroom was a perfect addition to drown out city noise and the occasional train. Needless to say, we slept like babies! Of course no fault of the wonderful hosts, my husband injured his back our first day in the city, so that definitely hindered the walkability (including to parking) during our stay. If there are mobility concerns, I feel certain Dylan and Suzanne would be able to answer any questions! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any property hosted by these fabulous folks!

Diane’s place was one of my favorite airbnb stays yet (and I’ve had maybe 60). It’s charming, cozy, comfortable, and easy to be in. The check-in was simple with colored keys that match the colored doors. Communication with Diane was pleasant, friendly, easy, and down to earth. I loved the historic vibe of the high ceilings, and loved the windows and skylight. The decor was both funky and adventurous, but not over done. I can’t say much about the kitchen because I didn’t have a chance to cook. I would stay here again for sure.

We have been coming to Murphy for years and this is the first time we have ever used this service. It was awesome to be right downtown. Lovely space, centrally located, gorgeously decorated and renovated. For being downtown it was surprisingly quiet. Although we heard some noise St. Patrick’s Day night but that’s just expected. We aren’t used to having neighbors but loved being in this amazing space. Only heard occasional slight noise from the loft next door. This is expected and we absolutely recommend this space.

Awesome space and location. Checking in and out was easy. It’s situated directly above the best coffee shop in Knoxville and is walking distance from great restaurants, drinks and breweries. Little pricy on Easter weekend but we split with another couple so it wasn’t bad. All in all a really cool place with a very attentive management company. Would recommend.

We had a great relaxing time away at Allison's place. We really appreciated how clean and well kept the whole space was The king size bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was set up wonderfully. The whole unit provided us with what we needed while giving us plenty of space to settle in.

Very cute, cozy place to stay. I love the way it was set up and very organized. There was a huge closet with plenty of hangers to put all of our clothes in. The bed was so comfy!

Our stay was fantastic— the place was beautiful! Location was great and spent a lot of time walking the greenways. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys that downtown vibe!

We had an extended stay with Deborah. We were so comfortable living there for a month. Very convenient being minutes from major highways but still very quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, banks and restaurants. The space was large, cozy and had all the amenities needed to cook meals; even had a grill that we used. No need to go to the laundromat - washer and dryer right in the good sized bathroom. King size bed is extremely comfortable with a large walk in closet. Work space for our computer that we used daily. Great and reliable Wi-Fi. Highly recommend staying here.

This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again! The whole place was spotless. We love that it’s within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.
