Our villa, is situated at Gurnard Marsh, 2 mins from the sea. It is a quiet location, has an enclosed garden, sea views and is in a great position to enjoy the amazing sunsets Gurnard is famous for. It is very close to Gurnard Luck where "crabbing" can be enjoyed. The living area is at the back and has lovely triple sliding doors onto the decking with views of the countryside. Outside dining and sofa's on the patios Onsite parking and more available on the road for free. There is cable wifi.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space.
