Amazing host with an amazing villa. I have been to a lot of air b n b and this I must say is the best and most hospitable one I’ve been to. Very good communication and amazing amenities. There is a private beach that is beautiful but it’s a hike. We’ll worth it. I suggest you make a day out of the private beach as the hike is a tough one.

This place exceeded our expectations. It is more beautiful than in the photos that’s for sure! We stayed in the Virginia villa and it was everything we hoped for, we honestly wish we had stayed longer. You could easily spend 7+ days here and still not want to leave. The property is beautiful, you can tell it is well cared for with the attention to detail down to the flowers leading the walkway to the villas. It’s also walkable to some great restaurants nearby but overall Kefalonia is so beautiful and this is the perfect way to end the day in luxurious privacy by the pool. Our hosts were great at communicating with us and providing us with recommendations! We would 100% recommend this property to anyone.

Secluded, peaceful and in a lovely location, we had a fantastic week at this villa. Nancy answered any questions we had promptly and the midweek housekeeper visit for fresh linen was a nice touch! We absolutely loved our week here at Kostas’ villa! The villa is beautiful in its location and simplicity and has everything you need for a true holiday that still feels as welcome as home.Kostas met our ferry, assisted us to get a rental car, led us to a supermarket and then to the villa. Such a kind and thoughtful man ! It would be hard to find anyone as nice as Kostas. The villa was peaceful and with spring in the air the incredible tropical garden was starting to wake up. We could smell the orange blossoms in the air and loved drinking wine on the balcony at the end of a long day walking and exploring - watching the beautiful sunsets. Even when we had a few cold and windy days we didn’t care - it was such a lovely place to be. No tv is fabulous - you think you will miss it but no. We couldn’t recommend Kostas and his wonderful villas highly enough - you just have to go and experience it all for yourself. Now. Go now! Thank you so much Kostas! 👏👏🥂

Villa incantevole. Servizi impeccabili. Idro massaggio molto piacevole, accesso al mare fantastico. Piscina splendida. Abitazioni confortevoli, ordinati e puliti. L’host si è offerto per risolvere prontamente alcuni piccolissimi problemi (una lampada bruciata e piccola avaria alla lavastoviglie, risolta in meno di 24h :-) consiglio vivamente una visita per rilassarsi e godere dello splendido panorama fronte mare :-)

Schöne Villa am südlichen Berg von Faliraki. Wir wurden direkt beim Check In von einer netten Mitarbeiterin von Rhodes Holiday Villas durch das Anwesen geführt und es wurden alle Fragen geklärt. Vom Haus kann man die ganze Küste von Faliraki und noch weiter sehen, man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Allerdings sollte man gewarnt sein, dass die Villa sehr hoch gelegen ist und somit ein Auto sehr von Vorteil ist. Dennoch ist man sehr schnell auch zu Fuß in der Mitte Falirakis. Die Ausstattung ist ebenso top, man besitzt genügend Geschirr/Gläser und einige weitere nützliche Dinge wie einen modernen Kühlschrank oder auch einen BBQ-Grill. Im Außenbereich wurde auch der Pool und Whirlpool regelmäßig gewartet. Alles in einem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Party of nine from the UK (aged 12-52) had two weeks in August. Oleg and the owner perfect hosts, friendly, responsive and very helpful with suggestions. Excellent villa, Excellent pool and location. Very clean and loads of space. Close to the beach and many very good local restaurants. Supermarkets stocked with great choices. Very easy access to Athens (via the Metro) and perfectly located a short ride from the airport. One small recommendation is to install a fridge by the BBQ area to save the need to head back to the kitchen!! Highly recommend this villa, you won't be disappointed!!

What a gorgeous villa! It's incredibly spacious and immaculately clean. The pool is gorgeous and there's loads of areas to relax. It's about a 25 minute walk to Nidri where you'll find lovely restaurants and bars. The villa is set in between beautiful mountains where you really feel immersed in nature. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé une semaine en Crêtes dans cette villa incroyable ! La Villa est magnifique, piscine à débordement et propre. L'accueil parfaite, je recommande fortement à ceux qui aime les bonnes choses.

The perfect villas for a big group, we loved both and had the most relaxing time around them. Location is close to all the local beaches and only a 10 minute taxi to Chania. Evi the host was excellent throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed at all times.

Unser Aufenthalt war SUPER! Das Haus und der Garten waren riesig, sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Der Gastgeber Giorgos war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden jederzeit wieder zurückkommen.

We LOVED everything about this house! The house is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. Eleni and Georgios are very friendly, welcoming and attentive to detail. The house is located in a great location. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to one of the prettiest beaches on the island and several restaurants and shops. There is also a great grocery store just down the road. And the views! There are views from every room! The hike on the east side of the beach is spectacular with beautiful flowers and plant life and views of the water and distant mountains. Eleni and Georgios, thank you for everything! We hope that we can come back one day.

If air bnb has not made this host a super host already, then they should! Our host was super responsive, extremely helpful, and this villa is gorgeous. We absolutely loved our stay here and spent our entire time in the pool courtyard area having a bbq dinner and enjoying the view. Personal recommendation from us would be to hire a car, so you can drive to and from town / bottom of the hill to access the shops etc. Thank you again for having us!

There are no words to describe the beauty of the Villa, even more beautiful than pictures, we had an amazing stay, we have been pampered by the host and the welcome was above any expectations, we really felt at home anytime and not just upon our arrival but during our stay with constant support and care of details. We will come back and highly recommend a stay there. Moreover the Villa is located in a quite area but close to main beaches and also facilities. 100/100 truly, one of the best stay ever I would say!

My family and I were looking for a spacious place (8 adults and 3 kids aged 7, 4, and 1) with a swimming pool, nice surroundings, and activities for the kids to enjoy. We found Villa Helanes and decided to stay here because Johnny was very responsive, provided a baby cot, and addressed all our questions. The place is beautiful with amazing views of Corfu’s nature! We even took some drone videos. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the WiFi connection was strong, which was a plus for us. The fridge was large enough to store food for 8 people. Just 5 minutes from the villa is Pizza Nostra, which I highly recommend after a day at the beach. There’s plenty of parking space, and several beaches are within 15 minutes, with the main ones about 35 minutes away. I highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing holiday and a break from the fast pace of city life. :)

From the moment we booked our reservation, we were impressed with the communication between the host and our party. The location was excellent, close to the beach, close to the town center and not more than 15 minutes away from some of the best beaches in Lefkada. The villa itself was super clean and had something for everyone to enjoy, from relaxing in one of the many living rooms and watching tv, to enjoying a rest in the pool, to cooking a nice meal. There are many spaces in the villa so even with a lot of people you are super relaxed and have plenty of space!! No one is on top of the other. There is a driveway with an automatic gate and the house itself is also very secure. This villa is a gem in Lefkada and is truly worth visiting. I would come back again for sure.

We werden aangenaam verrast door het huis. Mooie ruimtes zowel buiten als binnen. Echt een aanrader. Ook voor onze peuter was alles voorzien. Het zwembad was aan de frisse kant maar de weken voordien was het niet erg warm geweest. Kleine tip aan de verhuurder: extra keukenmateriaal mag wel (meer handdoeken, lookpers, onderleggers voor de tafel, kaarsenpotjes, ...) Het was een fijne vakantie en we werden verwend door een lokaal cateringbedrijfje dat ons door Audrey werd aangeraden.

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

The villa exceeded our expectations—it's even more impressive than the photos. The stunning view and the outdoor kitchen are perfect for large groups on vacation. The property manager next door was highly responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Geweldige tijd gehad in deze villa! Allereerst was de communicatie uitstekend met Giorgos. Hij reageerde snel en altijd, gaf goede tips, maakte reserveringen voor ons en was een geweldig persoon. Duidelijke instructies voor de self check-in en bij binnenkomst rijkelijk beloond met een gevulde koelkast en lekkernijen van de eigenaren Marcos en Zoi, die enkele dagen later rond de kerstperiode nogmaals lekkernijen van Kreta hadden langsgebracht. We voelden ons ontzettend gewaardeerd en helemaal thuis! Dankjulliewel voor alles. De villa zelf was prachtig en heerlijk om in te wonen. De bank was zacht en comfortabel, de bedden sliepen heerlijk en wij genoten uiteraard ook van de sauna en jacuzzi. Veel heerlijke restaurants in de buurt om van te genieten en een personal gym in het huis zorgde ervoor dat wij niet met teveel kilo's erbij thuis kwamen. Wij hebben een onvergetelijke tijd gehad en vooral dankzij deze accommodatie en de hartelijkheid van Giorgos, Marcos en Zoi. Een aanrader!!!

Super schöne Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Dorf. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die die Ausstattung war makellos. Garten und Pool ebenfalls spitze!

Eine sehr gute Variante, wenn man in der Nähe vom Meer sein möchte, aber gleichzeitig Privatsphere haben mag. Die Aussicht war sensationell. Im August ist in der Gegend voll uns tatsächlich viel los, aber die Ruhe, die die Unterkunft gewährleistet, war einmalig. Wir waren 8 Tage lang mit 3 Kinder und einem Hund und alles war besser als erwartet.
