One of the most unique Airbnb places we've stayed in. The apartment has a lot of stairs, but climbing up them is well worth the effort! It is situated on the top floor of an old bank. It's been renovated to be bright and modern with an open concept. The high ceilings and large windows, makes the place airy and bright. Beds were comfortable. A full kitchen had everything needed. Lots of hot water-pressure great. Extra bonuses - a balcony off the back of the apartment overlooks the Manistee River and there's a vintage movie theater just across the street. The river is a freighter channel with drawbridges! You can check in advance to see when ships will pass and if you are lucky, you may see one. The Vouge theater seems to show one new movie, a classic movie, and an indy type movie. The rest of the neighborhood is all 19th century/early 20th century buildings - pubs, coffee shops, a restaurant, antique shops, etc. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is only 50 mins away. We had a great stay here while in Escanaba visiting family. The kitchen had everything we could need for cooking breakfast, and the apartment and rooms were comfortable and clean and well equipped with anything we could've needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was a great stay with Sommer and Russell at Beck Plaza this winter. The hosts were very accommodating, the space had everything I needed to settle in for several weeks, and the location was super convenient right on Ludington in Escanaba, just a short walk away from restaurants. I would recommend these hosts to anyone else looking to check out the Escanaba area.

I traveled to Escanaba for work and this was the perfect place. It’s located in a very quiet area and close to several great restaurants. It included everything I needed during my stay.

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we will definitely be back! We love the location and how close everything is especially the brewery right next door! Dan was very responsive and a great host!

Comfortable, family-owned, upstairs apartment. I come to Iron Mountain to work and have stayed at Sharon's twice. Sharon is attentive and accommodating. She lives nearby and always offers help (i.e., I would feel comfortable calling her if my car didn't start and I needed a ride to work).

Meg and Rita should be elevated to above “Superhost”. The little pink house is clean quiet and nicely decorated. All hosts should be as responsive and thoughtful. Every wall switch was labeled to let me know which switch operated each particular light or room. AND every wall socket was fitted with an adapter outlet which was so helpful when traveling with multiple chargers for multiple devices. A great stay. I will definitely stay again.

It was a nice place for our weekend trip. It is an older house with a nice remodel. The stairs are steep because it's old, but otherwise a great place.

one of the best host and home away from home. Super clean, equipped with all the necessary items, patio, garden, play area, games, books, TV etc. etc. you have everything in this place. Alison was very helpful and responded with 5-10 mins. I loved her house and already recommended it my friends.

Just a flawless vacation highlighted by a host who really cares. Shannan was fast and informative from reservation to checkout. She gave great recc’s for the area, and the home was walkable to anything we needed. Lambeau just a short and beautiful stroll away. The house was immaculate, and the little touches really made a difference -from snacks and drinks ready to go in the kitchen to a great game/puzzle selection in the cozy living room. The game room in the basement was well stocked and having air hockey, foosball (and more!) on hand was a real treat. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the beds were well made with fresh linens. My bed (solo queen) might be the most comfortable I’ve had in a rental property, and the rest of my group reported similarly fantastic sleeping conditions. The gated backyard made for beautiful afternoons of yard games. We absolutely look forward to booking this property the next time we visit Green Bay. Thanks for a spectacular weekend, Shannan!

Greatly appreciated this home with many bedrooms so our family could congregate together for a milestone birthday weekend!

Our stay was great overall. If I had to pick something to change, I'd want the outside front entrance light to work. That's really it. :)

Was a great home base for our family of four. The resort’s indoor pool was a hit with our kids, as was the lofted bedroom with their own tv. Appreciated being very centrally located to easily drive to many of the small towns on the peninsula and Carrie’s extra effort to confirm places to eat/drink/entertain which were open during the offseason.

Karen's place was great. Easy to head up or down peninsula depending on your interests/activities. Bathroom remodel was very nice. Comfortable living area and bedroom. Kitchen is small, but functional. Love the amenities at The Landmark, and would definitely stay there again.

This is a perfect spot to stay in Door County! So many restaurants and shops nearby, not to mention the lakeshore and the beautiful sights within walking distance. We appreciated the local recommendations and the easiness of the stay. I visited with my mom who's in her 70s, so we also enjoyed some downtime and truly appreciated the calm surroundings and the electric fireplace in the living room. Sometimes it's the little things, like having a chat in the right environment, that can really make a trip special.

Absolutely the perfect place to find your inner peace and re-energize! The Nest is exactly that. It is so warm, comfortable and secure that it just so serene. The view is almost undesirable as it took my breath away and brought happy tears to my eyes. As a 60 year old mom of 2 amazing kiddos 11 and 9 who are both Neurodivergent it was the best medicine for my heart and soul. We will be back hopefully many times as both of my kiddos felt right at home. My husband as well was in awe of this Treasure I was able to find. Thank you Charlie and Suzy for allowing our little family enjoy something that never would have imagine as possible for us. it was heaven on earth.

Our girls weekend stay at Veronica‘s place was superb! It exceeded our expectations. It was large enough for our group of eight to easily spread out if wanted, although the common spaces are so inviting, we spent most of our time there. It is within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and interesting scenery. Veronica could not be easier and more pleasant to work with, and we loved our beautiful surroundings.

Great location for a long weekend in Manistee. Easy walk to downtown restaurants/shops. Coffee right across the street. There was more than enough room for the two of us. Primary room bed was comfortable.
