Our stay was very comfortable for 3 people as there were three bedrooms and two bathrooms . All areas were clean and well described online. The space was quiet, peaceful and relaxing . We didn’t cook but the kitchen lends itself to preparing meals. We would definitely rent this space again.

I was delayed due to a family illness and Susan offered a credit for the night I missed without me even requesting. Fantastic hospitality & location to visit Appleton.

My daughter and I stayed here during her tour of Lawrence University, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is a lovely, cozy two-bedroom with soft beds and a comfortable, homey feel. We appreciated having a kitchen to make breakfast and snacks stocked in the fridge. Communication was excellent—we received helpful texts after booking, before arrival, before checkout, and even after our stay. The instructions were clear and included photos, which made everything easy. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk to Lawrence, with the museum and performing arts theater along the way. Since we’re not used to the cold, we ended up driving—just a quick 5-minute trip. It's also close to shopping like Ross, TJ Maxx, Walmart, and Costco, which was super convenient. If my daughter decides to attend Lawrence, I would definitely stay here again.

A truly exceptional place to stay in a charming city. Jodi’s accommodation was beautifully decorated and in a great location in a lovely neighborhood. Every possible amenity was included and thoughtfully placed. I’ve stayed in many AirBnb’s and this tops the list for value and beauty.

This is my 3rd time staying at one of Marks properties and again it was top notch! Now when searching I only look for his listings as the hospitality is 100% perfect everytime . Thank you again

This home is in a perfect location, close to all Appleton has to offer. The downtown area is very quaint. The locals are friendly. We were attending an event at the convention center and it was close enough to walk. The home itself is an older home that has been beautifully restored. Everything was comfy and cozy. The host was very responsive to inquiries. Pro tip for the shower: barely turn the knob for hot water, turning it all the way goes to cold…backwards from ours at home. The hot water works great once you have that little detail figured out.

Price was fair, house was spotless, host was very kind and helpful. The kitchen is kinda small but the appliances are amazing. Nicest grill setup ive seen at a rental. Spotless weber kettle with 2 bags of kingsford waiting in garage. We had a blast. Would definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay! As a family of six, we felt we had a truly inviting home to land each night as we were in town for an event. It was cozy and charming and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and it was so neat to drive past all of those historic Neenah houses so close by. If we have more events in Neenah, we would definitely stay here again!

If you are in the general location of Lake Winnebago, I would highly suggest staying here! It had a lot of extra amenities that most places don't have and it was very relaxing and well located close to many things! I initially found great reasons to book Danielle's place because of the backyard and lake access which was definitely a hit for my girlfriend (she lives a block from the ocean) and also for me as it had a full kitchen, a large screen TV and also the ability for us to pack lighter due to the fact that there is a washer/dryer on site!

Their Oshkosh home was very clean and comfortable and just as described. The host was so considerate and allowed for us to have a flexible check in which was especially kind since we were traveling on a holiday with two infants who do not pack light! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The property was spacious and located in town, yet still offered a high level of privacy. The master bedroom was relaxing, and there were enough supplies for our month-long stay. The host was always responsive, which we appreciated. Overall, it met our needs during our stay.

Enjoyed the stay and will be back!! Easy to communicate with the host about my travel delay and questions during the stay. Really nice space to stay for a few days, nice kitchen space with all necessities for cooking. Loved the keyless entry!! Near grocery stores and pharmacy. Would recommend and will return.

We had the pleasure of staying here around the same time last year. It felt like we had come right back the next day—everything was in great shape. We really enjoy Green Lake and the atmosphere. I feel we’ll continue to find ourselves coming back here every year if available. Highly recommend this property and the town.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bright Little Chute Condo! The home looked exactly like the photos. There was some misinformation in the communications with Evolve stating that there are bedroom lofts. The good news is that none of the bedrooms are lofts. There are three bedrooms, completely closed and private, which was what we were hoping for and matches the photos. The home is a split level, with the upper floor including a living room, kitchen, and king bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom. The lower floor has a fireplace and bed in an open office area at the bottom of the stairs, a laundry, a full bathroom, and two separate bedrooms with queen beds. Our family, including three kids, loved our stay here. The location is private, in a residential area. Restaurants in the surrounding areas were delicious. There is a landfill nearby. We stayed in the winter and that didn’t impact our stay. Thank you for hosting a most enjoyable stay for our family!

Really cute, clean place in a nice location in Appleton. We loved the private access, soaking tub, and use of laundry machine. This was a great stay!
