The Atlantic ocean is fifty feet in front of house and the Sea of Abaco is fifty feet behind the house. very quiet and peaceful lot with views that are incredible. We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.
