I can’t recommend this place enough. First, it was absolutely gorgeous and looked exactly as described. They had so many things offered in terms of entertainment at the house, including both indoor and outdoor activities. Steven and Lana were super responsive with any questions, and I couldn’t have asked for better host. We had an absolutely fantastic time!

Really enjoyed our stay as the home was perfect size and my family loved it. Very clean and very well appointed from furnishings to kitchen wares. Hot tub and fire pit were also great along with lake views.

We had an awesome time here and what a beautiful place right on the lake. Carissa and Sam were extremely responsive and helpful and made some great suggestions for places to go around the lake. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great time.

It was nice. Clean, plenty of space for the 5 of us. The patio and dock were relaxing and peaceful. Quite neighborhood. House had everything you needed during your stay (basics) like plenty of pots, pans, plates, laundry detergent, etc. Plenty of light for a place out in the country. I definitely would recommend or stay there again. Perfect for hanging, cooking, and getting plenty of rest.

This is a wonderful house to rent with your friends for a weekend in Reynolds. It is very close to the Ritz and great for a group. We look forward to returning again.

Howard’s Lake home was perfect! We had an issue with the air when we first arrived but Howard worked diligently to get it fixed as quick as he could with it being a holiday weekend. The pictures don’t do it justice! There are views of the lake from every room, great space for a big family, comfortable beds and an amazing outdoor space. Best of all, it was the shortest walk to the pool and there is a beach area to swim in the lake right in front. If you are looking for a place to relax and soak in the lake, this is it! My family is already asking to stay again!

Everything was beautiful and was well kept. I recommend staying it has a beautiful view and is an amazing house.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places and have communicated with a lot of hosts! Jessica was hands down the most responsive! The most receptive and had the coolest place I’ve stayed in so far! She was amazing when I had a few questions before I booked! Quick response extremely inviting and welcoming! Im a double amputee veteran and was extremely pleased with EVERYTHING . If your ever around and need a place to stay don’t think twice about it click it and stay here ! You want be disappointed! Thank you Jessica for the amazing experience ! We spent 5 nights, place met our needs. Host was always easy to get in contact with, very attentive always a txt away.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Even the mattresses were great. Great neighborhood. Small tip though, it'd be nice if there's a few hooks/towel rods in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. And a few kitchen towels wouldn't hurt either.

Beautifully decorated, recently renovated condo unit which was Perfect for parents weekend at UGA. Close to 5 Points with many dining options and also the GA Botanical Gardens. Great location for downtown activities as well. Super clean and well furnished.

Oh my gosh, such a cute place, Lynn was so helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Their place was just what we wanted, super cozy and all they provided all the little country touches, she even provided creamers and snacks. The property was lovely, wished we had had more time to explore... this was the perfect stay and location for us, we came for the football game and is was a short drive there. Thank you Lynn for making this such a great experience for us... Go DAWGS!!

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. It’s a gorgeous basement pool house with outdoor table and chairs; and of course a lovely pool! Easy to find, private entrance with beautiful and high end appliances, furniture and lighting! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook a full meal for 6! It’s complete with 2 kinds of ice in the freezer, Keurig, champagne/wine/martini glasses. Each bedroom has enormous walk in closets, comfortable beds and overhead fans. The bathroom has gorgeous tiling and great lighting. In the living room there is electric reclining couches, huge tv and beautiful fireplace. We enjoyed every minute here and will be coming back!

Our stay was great! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The complex was very safe and easy to navigate. Kira was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend for a great stay in Athens!

Spent the weekend in Athens for Twilight Criterium. The location was great. Close to 5 Points and downtown Athens, but away from the noise of UGA. Cute clean house. Easy and clear instructions. We didn't need to contact host as he was on top of providing us instruction for easy entry and we had all we needed. Would definitely recommend and book again.
