Great and peaceful place to stay. Close to the restaurant. Very clean.

This is truly a diamond of a place! Our second stay here and it is just fantastic. Location is obviously the best—right on Kirkwood in the middle of the action. But the place itself is outstanding. Beautifully decorated, with so many wonderful details and touches to make the guests feel at home. The best beds! And bedding! Everything feels top quality and well thought out. It’s a wonderful place to come back to after a day or evening out! Dori is a terrific host and great at communicating. We will be back!

We just returned from wonderful stay at Cameron's Lake Monroe condo. It was a beautiful, golf course location. A family of very tame deer visited us twice a day most days. Cameron's instructions and suggestions were perfect. He checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything. The condo was beautiful and was well-stocked with everything we needed, complete with a delicious "welcome" bottle of Oliver Winery wine. We loved taking long walks around the Eagle Pointe community, eating at fabulous restaurants and enjoying all Bloomington and IU have to offer. Thank you for hosting us, Cameron. We had a great time. Wonderful location outside of Terre Haute. Roomy place for 5 people. We all enjoyed fishing in the lovely pond and playing pool in the large living area. The deck was enjoyable with the fire pit and a grill. We will definitely try to return next year.

Stayed here only one night for a quick stop but would love to come back to the area for the nature and a longer stay. House was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Stay was great! Everything was as expected for a fun weekend in Bloomington. Only comment was the lock feature was slightly stuck so you had to turn a little harder than normal to lock/unlock place. Once we learned this it was still pretty easy to get in and out.

Very nice, clean and cozy place to stay. Easy check in and check out. Good location for easy access to the IU campus. I hope to get the opportunity to stay here again in the future!

I have stayed with Kent at this property for the same weekend four years in a row, to host some visiting friends during Bloomington's spring break period. Kent has been an exceptional host each year along the way, communicating quickly what I can expect — and immediately notifying me if my party forgot anything (which we did). Kent is a total professional and I'd be glad to reserve this property for many spring breaks to come, if it's convenient for him and his other guests. Stay here. You won't be disappointed. You may even be thrilled.

This home was well appointed and meticulous. A delightful space for our family to enjoy each other and get things done. We could be together or retreat and be alone! Thanks for making our wedding weekend a home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay! Being in town for a football game, the location was close enough to Uber back and forth to campus easily, but far enough away to offer a peaceful retreat. The home was clean and offered everything we needed. Check in/check out process was very easy. Would definitely stay again!

Great little place in a small Midwestern town. We didn't need anything during our stay, but were confident Michelle and Randy would have helped us out should we have. Greatly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated our hosts!

We felt right at home during our overnight trip, and would have been very happy during a longer stay. Lovely and open living and dining areas were ideal for our group of 5. Comfortable beds, and very clean. The location was fantastic, with some great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. When we return to Bloomington we will first check for availability here before looking elsewhere!

In Bloomington to visit daughter at IU. Wonderful place, spotless, well-equipped, comfortable townhome. Easy street parking (space available in back as well but didn't need it). Would definitely stay again but daughter's graduating so…. Highly recommend! As for our host, Heather was very responsive, kind, and compassionate. We were forced to rebook the stay due to a family emergency and she was very understanding. If we didn't already have a place to stay for our daughter's graduation, we'd stay here again.

We had a great relaxing time at Sharon’s Cozy Condo! Her hospitality was impeccable down to a T! Every little detail made the weekend even more perfect! We will be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

This was the perfect house for my friends and I to come visit! Highly recommend. Communication with the hosts was easy and we always got a very quick response. The house was in pristine condition, very clean and comfortable. The directions provided were very easy to follow and the property seems very well maintained. We were so close to the stadium, campus and lots of restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!
