Beyond its aesthetics, it truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a huge plus, conveniently situated within the metro. Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

They are very easy to communicate with. The view from the balcony is superb, especially at sunset. They went above and beyond in accommodating my requests. Thank you, Sir Dave and Ms. Melody. I will definitely recommend your home and book again.

Ann was very helpful and responsive. A bit too much stuff in this small space but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Accurate description of amenities and services. The unit has all the things you need, cooking, laundry, entertainment even toiletries needs. He’ll find you a parking slot so you won’t have to worry. I just find 1BR small for us 4 coz we’re all adults. 😂 Given the time constraints, this is the unit I can find where it has all the things we need. Thanks again for hosting, Peps!
