Beauty abounds and gently infuses us with greater balance; it supports our greater creative potential. If this sounds like church, it kinda is. For the past 25 years our favorite saying is: "chop wood, carry water and laugh a lot." This attitude radiates into all spaces here. You will find the view from the Loft deck breath taking day and night. Musicians and writer find it a creative zone.

In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Autumn means burnished leaves and crisp temperatures. Snow transforms the town to a Winter wonderland in the Winter. Recreational opportunities abound in every season. The clear waters of the Little Colorado River run right through town and three lakes offer sport fishing for trout. There’s also hiking, hunting, horseback riding, and skiing.

While backing the National Forest with direct access, you have stunning views from the backyard that has an amazing deck for meals and games as well. Each bedroom also has miles of views of the forest. Don't forget to pack a swimsuit for star gazing in the hot tub or your hiking boots! We are super close to many trails and lakes! The Lookout #107 is an updated mountain cabin in the heart of Greer, perfect for hiking, fishing, skiing, and exploring the White Mountains. Four or all wheel drive is needed in winter when booking! There is a King bedroom with a fireplace, and two queen bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofa bed in the living room.
