This is a wonderful apartment in the heart of downtown Midland. Shelby was an excellent host giving a perfect description for how to locate it since its address and entrance are not on the same street. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures -- no surprises. It is so nice to have a washer and dryer that we could use while there. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and cooking pots -- everything was very clean. We would try to book this apartment again when visiting Midland. The only drawback is the stairs to enter the apartment. There is only an outdoor stairway to access it and if the weather had been bad, it would have been more difficult to bring our things in and out.

Great spot, very clean wonderful communication

This rental was just like the photos. Clean and bright. The only thing I will highlight is that there wasn’t a lot to work with in the kitchen. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, check with Chant for specific kitchen items to see what you need to bring!

Natalya and Victor’s place was outstanding for our extended stay of two weeks, this was our second time there and everything was perfect. It was a 1-50 year snow event this year but very responsive to clear snow. They are lovely caring people that love sharing their home. Quiet neighborhood and strongly recommend your stay in Barrie.

Oluwatosin place is nice beautiful place. Well arranged and clean. I requested for paper towels even though she wasn’t supposed to provide it but she went out of her way to buy it.

Great experience with our stay. Place was just as discribed. Excellent communication responding within minutes! Absolutly loved the location, very easy commute to major areas by car or transit. Very convenient few mintute drive to grocery store Loved the layout of the place, nice and spacious!

Es un lugar súper amplio, súper limpio y Ali fue super amable y flexible con horarios ya que tuve unos problemas con mi vuelo de llegada, agradezco su atención y empatía, la zona es súper bonita y segura, tienes caminando restaurantes y una plaza comercial, estuvo perfecto y la atención de Ali se agradece mucho siempre al momento.

Mona's house is very spacious located in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and well equipped with all what we needed. She was very responsive. We will plan to stay in her property in future trips. Mike

What can I say. The host answered every question I had in a very timely matter, right from my first inquiry to the last. The apartment was pristine and very comfortable for 4 adults. Beautiful neighborhood and easy to get to. Highly recommend this location and will be a repeat customer for sure.

This is a beautiful home. It is very clean and perfect for anyone. We definitely recommend staying here and would come back again. The owners were extremely responsive to any of our questions.

Really lovely place -- three comfortable bedrooms, great sitting and dining area, nice kitchen. Great hosting touches -- extra towels, easy to get onto WiFi, chocolates left for the guest, responsive host. Beautifully decorated in antique-looking solid wood furniture, nice pictures and miscellaneous cute items. Might be tricky for anyone with mobility issues as the bathroom is on the main floor and bedrooms are up an old uneven staircase -- one of us was a person who goes to the bathroom a few times a night and that wasn't ideal for her. For me, it was perfect.

This place was exactly as described online, clean, beautiful, well maintained & outfitted. The place had all the amenities that we needed. Both of our host were extremely responsive, answering any questions we had within minutes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place when in Toronto, whenever I am in the area and looking for a place to stay, this would be my first choice. We had a great time.

We have a wonderful time at Sabine's place, which was an ideal space in every way. It was beautiful, well laid out, and had everything we needed. Sabine was very responsive and accommodating. We would gladly go back when we are next at Blue Mountain.

Excellent place by a fantastic host. The place was clean, well located and has everything you would need such as kitchen utensils, games + TV, and plenty of clean quality towels. Ulana and Amir were also very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We had a great stay! The place was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home, and communication with the host was excellent! Everything was easy to find. There was an awful snow storm over the weekend that we stayed, but the place was so cozy and clean, we were happy to stay in and binge watch some Netflix :) I can’t recommend Jennifer Nicole’s place enough!

Shahed's place at Friday Harbour is beautiful and well appointed. He gave very clear instructions for entry and parking, including photos. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed, even extra charging cables for devices! The space was comfortable and uncluttered. Shahed was great at communicating and always responded quickly to any questions. Friday Harbour has activities and restaurants available on weekends in the winter and is a fun engaging place by the harbour in the spring, summer and early fall. We were there in the early part of the week in February so the harbourfront was quiet but still nice for a stroll. We spent time in both Barrie (20 minutes away) and Orillia (about 50 minutes away).

It was the best location in the village, and it was quiet and the sound of the stream was friendly. If you are skiing during the ski season, it would be very convenient because the bottom of the slope and the entrance to the building are in contact. The interior was clean and well-organized. Kadri's place was fantastic for our getaway during the spring. The location is close to town and her placs was exactly as advertised. We had a very easy check in in lots of instructions around the house with how to use things. The place came stocked with a plethora of Appliances, including a blender, lots of chopping boards and a fridge with condiments as well as some ingredients for making salads like olive oil and spices. The bed was extremely comfortable and the place was neat and tidy.When we came in. Kadre was extremely responsive and helped us navigate through the town as well as with things to do. I would highly recommend this place for a couple or two people with a couple kids, as there is a pull out couch in the main area.
