Smart TV gives you access to online content as well as Netflix plus more. 50 inch Smart TV's in both the lounge and bedroom. 2 minute stroll to the Glowworm dell in one direction and the beach in the other direction. Easy, flat walk to town approx. 1.5km away. Private parking.

Magical beach house meters from the beach, 3 elegant bedrooms, spacious character-filled lounge and modern kitchen/dining area all designed with larger families or couples travelling together. This house sits opposite the Tasman Sea with stunning views over the ocean and south to New Zealand's highest peak - Mount Cook. The views are stunning and often with beautiful evening sunsets. It is a 5 minute drive to Greymouth and a 1 km to the start of the Point Elizabeth scenic bush walk. This is a great bush walk mainly sheltered with good native bush cover. The main bedroom has great sea views and an ensuite. Plenty of parking space is available behind the house.
