Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

This luxury summer house from 2004 (125 m2) in the popular but quiet seaside resort of Rågeleje is located peacefully on a large site (1.900 m2) with panorama view to nature. Lots of birds can be seen from the house. The beach of Rågeleje and Vejby Strand is less than 2 km away and so is the famous nature reserve Heather Hill. The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

Man kan gå til strand, natur og butikker indenfor Max 1,5 km og der er mulighed for lange gå ture. Esrum kloster, Søborg sø, Gilleleje, Helsinge, Gribskov mv. ligger indenfor Max 12 km. Der er mange aktiviteter i Gribskov kommune for alle aldre og interesser
