I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. We had a great stay at Alessandro’s place! The location is secluded in the mountain/forest area with a spectacular view. Only a short drive from the train station in Prato. The house is filled with character and charm, it truly is an authentic Tuscan experience. We appreciated all the details. The house had everything you could possibly want. As for Alessandro, what a kind, responsive, and helpful host. We were greeted with a warm welcoming, homemade dessert, and sent off with cappuccinos (which may have been the best on the trip). Excellent! Alessandro was always available if you needed to message him. This stay has it all, a great house and a fantastic host. If you are looking for a quiet place, beautiful views, authentic experience, do not hesitate to book here!

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! We were a group of 3 couples traveling together and this was the first location on our trip. We all loved this beautiful home!! It was very large so we had plenty of room to gather but it also felt very private for each couple. The location was perfect to explore Modena. Very walkable to all restaurants and sites. Frederica was a lovely host who made several reservations for us and was very easy to communicate with. Staying here was a fantastic experience and all of us would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family home with us.

Hvis du vil langt væk fra turisme og opleve at komme op i højden så er det her stedet. Vejen fører op til det sidste hus hvor der er ro og stilhed. Det er meget autentisk indrette og gammel stil i hele boligen , vi blev budt på kaffe af underboen som var meget søde . Vi sov her i to dage, det ligger godt i midten til Firenze, bologne, Pisa

Dino è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fornito dei video chiari di come raggiungere la casa dato che era in una posizione un po’ remota. La casa è un gioiellino con una fantastica vista su ogni lato. Perfetto per una fuga tranquilla immersi nella tranquillità e nella natura. Super consigliato e torneremo al 100%

Die Unterkunft war die beste, in der wir je waren. Mit 3 Kindern war es einfach nur perfekt. Die Ruhe trotz Innenstadt, das einfache Parken, der einfache Check-In, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung, einfach alles bis ins Detail gemacht. Wir waren extrem zufrieden. Hätte gerne mit 6 Sternen bewertet :)

L’attico di Antonella è semplicemente splendido. Ancor più bello rispetto alle foto, in una posizione centrale che offre una vista impagabile su Bologna. L’appartamento è spaziosissimo, luminosissimo, ordinato e perfettamente pulito. Insomma, tutto impeccabile, veramente. Inoltre emerge la cura per il design e per i dettagli di ogni ambiente. Veramente delizioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Antonella e Viola sono state molto gentili e disponibili, puntuali, sempre reattive nel comunicare con noi. Inoltre, tra le altre cose, ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di ottimo Prosecco in frigo; gesto davvero di classe e molto apprezzato. Che dire, consigliatissimo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie.

Lovely space, but better fit for a couple or single person as the second bed/sofa bed is in the combo kitchen/dining space. However, it was clean, comfortable and close to the train station and seceral restaurants .Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Great stay.

Grosszügige, helle und gut gelegene Wohnung. Super geeignet mit Hunden (viele Gründflächen/Parks in der Umgebung) Und mit dem Auto kommend (Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude). Giorgio war super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.

La estancia fue comodísima y sin complicaciones. El lugar es mucho más lindo de lo que aparece en las fotos, y el jardincito es una delicia. El departamento tenía todo lo necesario para estar bien, cocinar y disfrutar, además de muy convenientemente ubicado.

Had a nice stay, apartment exactly as described and in photos. All necessary amenities. I had a small issue with the access code and host responded very quickly. Otherwise very clear photos in instructions. Historic center was about 15-20 min walk. Though the building was off a very busy main street, it’s at the end of a small side street so very quiet. As other reviewers said, the gate to pull into parking is VERY tight. We had a small rental car and I still was extremely nervous pulling in and out, especially in a manual car as it is quite steep. With mirrors flooded only a few inches to spare on either side. Once in though you don’t really need the car to get around, which is good since the apartment is just inside ZTL and hosts do not provide the pass. You can purchase ZTL pass in person or on-line. On-line requires foreigners to generate an Italian tax code! It’s not difficult but still an extra step. Overall we would stay again, without car.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Sara and Gabriele’s home. It was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated, in a perfect location and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and easy. They gave us restaurant recommendations - all of which were wonderful. They even made reservations for us for dinner one night at a place nearby and gave us menu suggestions. The building is beautiful and secure and everything is within walking distance, with great bars, restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing locations close by. Sara also even called a taxi for us and allowed us to keep our luggage at the apartment until our train left. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Bologna! Bologna is a beautiful city and we really loved it. Highly, highly recommend.

Wir wurden ausgesprochen freundlich von Giorgio begrüßt und er hat uns alles gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses, das von seiner Familie genutzt wird. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr großzügig mit bequemen Betten und Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Außerdem gibt es eine Wohnküche und ein Bad mit Tageslicht. Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Toll ist auch der Garten, wo man sich entspannen oder Tischtennis spielen kann, auch Spielgeräte (Schaukel etc.) für jüngere Kinder gibt es. Von der Wohnung aus ist man schnell bei Cafés, einer Pizzeria oder auch in der Stadt - wir haben alles zu Fuß unternehmen können. Giorgio gab uns auch Empfehlungen für verschiedene Lokale oder interessante Orte in Bologna. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Giorgio sehr genossen und empfehlen ihn auf jeden Fall weiter👍🏻

We just completed a month-long stay at Carlo's place--what a fabulous experience! Gorgeous terrace, great views, spacious and light-filled. The kitchen is especially outfitted for long stays; there was plenty of silverware, dishes, and glasses for every use, and every appliance you can imagine. Heat and hot water were plentiful. Carlo was helpful and prompt in answering questions. We loved the location because it is close to center but perfectly quiet for sleeping. And the view of the rooftops of Bologna from the bedroom was a daily delight. We highly recommend--especially for longer stays!

Un logement calme bénéficiant d'une terrasse avec accès directe à la cuisine ce qui permet de manger dehors quand le temps le permet, dans un quartier ayant des services proches.

excellent accommodation, very clean and up to date modern room and shared kitchen. Very well located and not too far from the railway station - about 1km. Reasonably close to two supermarkets and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Geweldig appartement in Bologna. Net buiten de stadsmuur waardoor alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Elena reageerde snel en ving ons op bij de locatie om alles uit te leggen. Ideaal dat er een privé parkeerplaats was waar onze auto veilig en gratis kon staan. Appartement was niet groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien: een fijn bed, moderne en schone badkamer en keuken, wasmachine en een balkon. Absolute aanrader!

Barbara is a great host, always super fast, very friendly and really helpful. The self check in is easy and the appartment is as beautiful, clean and well equiped as one can see on the pictures. The little balcony is a big plus. We loved it! Thank you, Barbara!

Casa molto curata e pulita. Buona la posizione. Molto bene attrezzata e fornita di tutto il necessario, carta igienica, sapone, finanche zucchero caffè e tutto ciò di cui si necessita.Unica pecca il parcheggio nn smp facile da trovare e i rumori del condominio, un po' fastidiosi dato il piano terra. Nel complesso consigliato.

The apartment is absolutely 10/10! It is so fully equipped that there's literally no chance you'd miss something! I'm a very frequent traveller and I stay at airbnbs a lot, but this one stood out! Honestly I couldn't recommend this place more! If you're ever in Bologna, this is the place!!!!
