We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Met 4 sfeervolle slaapkamers, 3 marmeren badkamers en een grote, open leefruimte, bieden wij families en vriendengroepen met kinderen een heerlijk verblijf. In Noordwijk geniet je het hele jaar van het strand en duinen en in het voorjaar van de kleurrijke bollenvelden.

Er staan drankjes in de koelkast en een flesje wijn voor je klaar. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen of te wandelen tussen de herten. Recently completely renovated, it has a spacious living, kitchen, 3 bedrooms accommodating up to six persons. Situated along the hiking path 'Grote Polderpad', you can visit wind mills, spot waterbirds, and enjoy the alpaca's at our farm. So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses.
