Had a lovely two night stay at Barbara's place! The wooden house is very spacious and super cosy, also thanks to the two lovely cats and the fire place. We used the sauna in the garden and loved it. Barbara is a very friendly host. Would definitely come back.

Wat een fijne plek in een oase van rust. Wij waren met 4 vrienden in het prachtige verblijf van Aljanneke. Een oase van rust en natuur en een prachtig huis met alle moderne voorzieningen en comfort. Aljanneke is een super host! Fijne communicatie en vol goede tips, iemand die gastvrijheid helemaal begrijpt. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen!

Geweldige plek om tot rust te komen, heel mooie omgeving! Je wandelt het poortje uit en hebt alle mogelijke mooie wandelroutes te gaan...Genoeg en meer... te beleven in de directe omgeving van het huisje, we hebben echt genoten van de rust, de stilte en de privacy die hier geboden word. In de tuin onder het genot van een drankje allerlei vogels gespot; Vlaamse gaaien, roodborstjes, vinken, koolmeesjes en zelfs nog 3 zwart met wit gekleurde eekhoorntjes die we in Nederland nog nooit gezien hebben, dit was tijdens het ontbijt op onze laatste dag, een welkome extra. Kortom, echt een heerlijk huisje waar we volop genoten hebben. We waren er 3 nachten, voor wat ons betreft, veel te kort. Het huis zelf is gewoon een thuis waar je ongestoord kunt genieten van een heerlijk bubbelbad, een hot tub en als het weer het toelaat een mooi aangelegd zwembad buiten. We hebben echt prachtige wandelingen gemaakt, de tuinen in Arcen waren we al geweest maar blijven mooi. Dus alle lof !!

Wir waren sehr happy in der Unterkunft und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Man kann schön draußen sitzen und hat drinnen 2 Toiletten, was bei 6 Personen super ist. Dankeschön!

heerlijk weekend gehad, veel wandelmogelijkheden, en fijne plek

We feel blessed to have found Heleen's house to stay in - it was perfect for us. The house and garden were both immaculate but homely. The house is well equipped for cooking and eating in (the house or garden) with a dishwasher to clean the dishes. It has a washing machine and dryer, TV, dog toys, children toys, bicycles, two good sized bedrooms (we only used one and the bed was very comfortable), bicycles to use and a good sized, matured, safe garden. Heleen was proactive in sending full and clear details regarding access and how to find everything, and she was very responsive and friendly in contact. A great host. The house is in a lovely quiet location on the edge of beautiful woods. There are other houses very close but it is in a respectful environment with plenty of privacy. The birds and even a red squirrel were regular visitors. Parking was easy in the spaces provided on the drive. We stayed with three small/medium dogs and really hope to stay again next year.

Die Wohnung hat eine ruhige Lage. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist fußläufig und die Restaurantempfelungen des Gastgebers waren sehr, sehr gut. Ein Besuch der Stadt Essen lohnt sich.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement très propre et agréable. Très bonne réactivité de Thorben suite à une question anodine. Pour résumer, à recommander !

Checkin problemlos. Sehr schöne Wohnung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Wenn ich Probleme hatte, wurden die sofort beseitigt. Marta war immer sehr freundlich und Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Wenn ich noch mal in der Gegend bin, werde ich wieder bei Berthold buchern, sofern es verfügbar ist. Immer wieder gerne.

Der liebe Frank ist eine hilfreiche, freundliche und schnell antwortende Person! Der Aufenthalt hat super spaß gemacht, die Wohnung war sauber, hat alles gehabt, was Mann für den normalen Alltag braucht! Ich freue mich schon auf die nächste Buchung.

Pani bardzo miła i przyjazna, nie było problemów z zameldowaniem chociaż byliśmy szybciej niż ustalona godzina na stronie, pani nie robiła z tego żadnych problemów we wszystkim nam pomogła. Dobra lokalizacja blisko na hbf z którego jeżdżą pociągi na dorthmundt jeśli ktoś się wybiera do dorthmundu np na mecz bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Dortmund. Sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. gerne wieder!

Robert & Corinne are fantastic hosts—clear and accommodating in communication, relaxed and flexible in organization, and warm and welcoming in person. Their home is cozy, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and just the perfect way to start the day. All in all, a perfect stay—thank you both!

Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf! Het was erg schoon en gezellig. Alles was aanwezig en werkte helemaal naar behoren. We komen graag weer terug.

Not to criticise the photography, but the apartment is actually much better than it looks in the pictures. Considering it is the host’s own apartment, it was very clean and organised. Great decor and excellent appliances. The host was very helpful, friendly, generous, and quick to respond to any requests. The terrace is gorgeous and definitely needs to be enjoyed, including the sunsets you can catch while cooking in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

Sehr hübsche Wohnung. Sauber uns schön dekoriert. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungen im Ruhrgebiet. Für die Kinder war alles hilfreiche Zubehör in der Wohnung schon vorhanden. Eigentlich braucht man nur sein Köfferchen zu nehmen und kann einziehen. Schöne Wohnung, die wir wieder mieten würden, wenn wir wieder Urlaub im Ruhrgebiet machen wollen.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Gorden war immer erreichbar und hat bei Fragen schnell reagiert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Ik heb een fantastisch paasweekend mogen doorbrengen in klein appartement Waldeck op een prachitge lokatie met veel natuur en natuurparken op korte afstand. Ik ben erg vriendelijk en open ontvangen door Deborah en Martin. En het appartementje had alles om een erg fijn verblijf te hebben. Tip top voor elkaar!
