Kayaks are stored on the side wall of Wren for our collective guests to enjoy. The stairs for lake access are immediately behind the deck and available for use by all eight cabins.

Located on the Elk River arm of beautiful Grand Lake we are just 2 mi from Flint Fire Marina where you can utilize the boat ramp or fuel up. Open concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a great space to hang out and relax. Enough parking for 4 vehicles with fishing boat trailers!

The Tiny Cottage (Jay City Limits)

The Tiny Cottage is perfect for guests who are traveling with kids or pets and would like to avoid a hotel. The Cottage has almost 400 sq. feet of personal space. It is fully equipped with a living room, galley kitchen, full bathroom, small bedroom, and private yard. The deck has patio seating. Pets need to be well-behaved. Parking is very limited so please take note! Lakefront studio cabin in Padley’s Point! This cabin has a fully furnished kitchen and still has that cottage (one big room) charm. The bedroom area has a queen over queen bunk-bed that comfortably sleeps 4. Property is located 5 feet from a private launching ramp and private dock. Lakeside fun is just steps away!
