Our son's birthday weekend was everything we hoped it would be...comfortable beds, lots of room, loved the balcony, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen. Very lovely...will definitely choose this place again!

This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

This was a really nice place - clean, quiet, and well kept. Security fence made it feel safe for out-of-towners. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place, great location! Everything was just as described. Loved being able to walk to everything in downtown NB, loved all the deer, loved that we could float the river with Texas Tubes right next door. Great stay!

Very comfortable beds! A/c worked great in the condo, it was a hot weekend and the condo stayed cool. Easy to park at the facility and easy to get around Gruene and New Braunfels.

Sabrina was so very accommodating! She allowed us both an early check-in and a late check-out. We barely used our rental car because we were able to walk to lots of coffee places and restaurants from the condo. Her place is very convenient to river tubing as the exit off of the river is literally across the street. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here in April. Convenient dedicated parking spot right outside the condo, with two flights of stairs to walk up, or a 20-second walk to the elevator. The condo had everything we needed, and Aimee was incredibly responsive and friendly. The community has two swimming pools, each with two hot tubs, for a total of four hot tubs. One of the pools with two hot tubs is located just a two minute walk from the condo, but that pool is not heated, and it is also located underneath several balconies of other condos, so it is not private, but would be a convenient option for kids. The other pool with two hot tubs is a 4 1/2 minute walk from the condo, and not only is the pool heated, but the hot tubs are even nicer, and are set back from everyone’s balconies so that it is a much more beautiful and private setting. Even though we did not use this heated pool much given that the outside air temperatures were in the 40s and 50s, we still enjoyed it! Would happily recommend!

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Kevin was incredibly kind and responsive, made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to town and activities but still quiet enough to relax. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway. I’ll definitely be booking again!

The main house: LOVE the automatic shades, Love that they were open We loved the kitchen concept being open great to face the river. River was fun to fish, many bites but nothing to catch. Might have been the cold weather or the wind. The dam was nice to see, wasn't happy with the restaurant on the Dam, servers very pushy. Found a local church and loved it, it's called New Life. Fantastic, would be back We were 1 hour from Austin and 45 mins from San antonio. room. 2 rooms comfy and both had a full shower. My girls enjoyed 1 room used walkie talkies they felt safe and slept well. The rooms also had slotted shades that could open to a full window which was nice. The master faces river the other bedroom faced driveway Laundry room was exactly easy to access, had life jackets and detergent if necessary. Air/heat controls to auto regulate. Loved that there was only 1 TV it forced us to get out and fish, hike. Rail was nice for the steps. Would be back again!!

Their cleaner was still there when we arrived at 4:00 (their check in time). She left at 4:14. I informed Emily of the situation and she explained that her cleaner said that the place was in complete disarray from the previous tenants. She apologized and gave us a partial refund on our cleaning fee. I found this to be an acceptable solution to the issue being as it wasn't their fault.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend at this house... had all my family together. I would highly recommend it to anyone with big family.

The home was very nice--and the amenities it offered were great (the waterfront location was awesome). The house itself was very clean and ready for guests. The host was responsive to messages and left very clear instructions for us.

From the moment we booked our stay at the River House, we felt very positive about our choice. Our family spent three nights and four days at the BnB and felt it to be worth the price. We enjoyed the space and ability to sit out and talk to each other on both sides of the house. If you choose this house for your stay, know that Daniel's team of support responds promptly to any questions you have, either with an immediate solution or they find an answer within minutes. We had a family of 16 stay which included 3 children ages 4-11 whom enjoyed the games and loft. We really enjoyed the view of the river and felt very comfortable in the house from the moment we arrived. We really loved our unit, 212B. It had a direct view of the water and pool, easy to access and a walkable location to city center.
