Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Downtown San Antonio is a short 15-20 minute drive with attractions such as the Alamo, the Riverwalk, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and a multitude of dining experiences. Minimalistic studio LESS THAN 1 MILE FROM THE ALAMO! Located in #HistoricDiggyHill, on the near east side of San Antonio, just outside of down town. Take an Uber or scooter into the city for less than $10. This guest suite has a kitchenette with all cooking essentials provided as well as a completely private entrance attached to the back of our forever home. Please note the neighborhood is totally safe, but is up-and-coming.
