-Beautiful water view - water activities -friendly - Perfect instructions - busy road, so can take awhile to back out of the drive way. - Beach was rough with a lot of rocks, but the kids loved jumping the waves by the shore. -close to many activitiss. - We would stay here again!

The condo is lovely! The view from the balcony is beautiful and the sunsets are incredible. The place is well equipped, very clean, quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The shower pressure is not great but we didn’t feel it was a problem. The steps are steep, but, again, not a problem at all. The beach chairs, towels, and kayak provided by the host were nice to have! Joyuda is a great little beach community with no touristy crowds. But FYI you must gave a car to get around. The condo is a 2-5 minute drive from good restaurants and bars, and 40 minutes from the bioluminescent bay in La Parguera. The beach right outside the condo is sublime. The water was crystal clear and great for snorkeling! The first day there were very small waves but the rest of our stay there were none. It made it so easy to supervise our young children! You really need water shoes for the rocks and coral in the ocean (especially for children), but you can buy these locally. Overall, we loved it!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the property! Not only did it have all of the amenities and space to accommodate our family but it felt so homey and welcoming. The property is truly a sight. You have both mountainous and ocean views that are breathtaking. We woke up to the beautiful sounds of Puerto Rico every morning while enjoying our coffee and spent our afternoons poolside with an outdoor bar when the Caribbean sun called for a cold drink. Wilton and his team were attentive and responded quickly to anything we would need and we were all sad to leave. I highly recommend this property and we will for sure be back! We found our home-away-from-home! The ocean view is spectacular, whether day or night. The location is ideal - just minutes away from great restaurants and a local food market. Plus, it is a short drive to Boquerón, Mayaguez, Playa Combate and playa Buyé, making it the perfect spot for exploring the area.

Siempre que voy a PR me quedo en Joyuda (tengo raíces familiares en el área), y más específicamente en este edificio. Lo conozco bien porque me he hospedado en cuatro unidades distintas. Este apartamento es, por mucho, el mejor de todos los que ha alquilado. Es amplio, cómodo, accesible, seguro, y tiene todo lo que se necesita para una experiencia excelente. Lo recomiendo y ¡espero regresar pronto!

The pool house was very clean and comfortable. I loved the open design to the outdoors and the pool. The location is perfect, 10 to 15 minutes from Cabo Rojo, 25/30 minutes from Rincon. Very safe neighborhood. Victor, the host/owner, was very helpful to me during my stay as I was in the process of trying to move to the island. I very highly recommend this rental. The nicest airbnb I think I’ve ever rented.
