What a beautiful place! Will definitely stay here again. Zaza is a great host!

My family and I have stayed at several units in this complex over the years. Three days before our arrival, we had a travel disruption that required us to arrive one day earlier than expected. I contacted Bob and he quickly replied that the unit was free and we were welcome to stay. The unit was clean and well equipped. We had clear instructions on how to use everything (it was all labeled!) and were provided a guide weeks before our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were sufficient towels and pillows. The kitchen had stainless steel pans, a blender (for when my daughter asked for a Pina Colada), a Brita filter in the fridge and ice trays in the freezer. If you are heading to Crash Boat, Bob supplies beach chairs, bags, coolers, etc. You also have a wonderful view of the sunset daily as well as the island of Desecho. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back. Thank you Bob and Evelyn!

This property is breathtakingly gorgeous. This was my most favorite vacation I ever had because of where we stayed. There is a little pizza place win walking distance. The host was always available by phone for advice and to answer any questions. We left right before a tropical storm and she prepped us on when we should leave so that we had a safe journey. I would absolutely stay here again…and the roof top infinity pool made the biggest impression on me. My job is very demanding and I am often in a panic mode when working my stressful job. This airbb took all of my worries away and I was able to truly recharge while on vacation.

I went to this place by the sea to escape the cold of Boston, my employees and my kids :) Single Dad of 3 young kids. I needed down time, solitude, freedom from constant interruptions. I am glad I found this spot. Right on the beach, surfing right out front, Sandy Beach less than 100 yards to the left, a nice isolated walk along the beach to the right. Lots of surfers when surfs. Fun to watch and join. The house is comfortable. You sink into the porch, probably where I spent my most time. The kitchen seems to have all new pots, pans, cutlery... A beautiful modern stove, dishwasher and an airfryer! All the pots and pans you need as well. Huge TV for movies. The beds are comfortable, I slept in both :) This place is a hidden gem. If you are looking to get away from it all this is the place. If you are looking to bring your kids to a great spot, this is the place. I'll be back with mine, they insist! It's also VERY reasonable for what you get.

the place is just as described, great place to disconnect from your everyday life

Though tough for us suburbanites to navigate the hills and small mountain roads, Popo was super-responsive and led us to the house! Once there, it is beautiful- views, well appointed, spacious. 15min drive down into Rincòn. A/C in bedrooms cool, great verandas and cool jetted tub. Popo brought us fresh bread and fruit our first morning there. Sandy Beach was our favorite for waves, Black Eagle beach was very calm and easy parking. Outdoor shower at the house for rinsing off after beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the host.

Great apartment with awesome views. Sitting on the outside deck at night was awesome with the Mountain View’s and the breeze.

Rebecca had a wonderful home, super clean and enough space for me and my 4 other friends! The location was perfect being so close to all beaches we traveled to and right near all hot spots. If I plan another Trip to Rincón, this place will definitely be on my radar to book again!

Very cozy and comfortable. The pool area is fantastic. Very responsive to messages, always replied within minutes. I needed a place to stay last minute and this was such a great find!

We enjoyed our stay at Ron’s! The location is great, beautiful ocean views, loved having the private pool and patio area. We would stay again!

Host was very friendly, even got to meet his wife from their balcony. The overall location could be easy to miss but they do have a big sign at the top of their building saying it’s the guesthouse. It pulls in right from the highway and the road to pull in somewhat small so it’s easy to miss. Parking is on a small plot of grass in front of the property and the highway. Host chatted us up for a while recommending things and even brought us to our door on the second floor. Place was spacious with 2 big bedrooms with 3 total queen beds. Appliances and bathroom needs some updating but for a 1 night stay it was worth it. It was just our stay in between getting from the east of PR to Rincon.

Mark was the most incredibly responsive and accommodating host I've ever had -- I cannot say enough about how welcome he made us feel in his home! Everything was great -- we were able to make coffee in the morning and cook meals, and there is a restaurant right down the street as well. We were able to easily walk down to the beach and a few restaurants, and everything else was just a quick drive to get to. Thank you Mark!

La pasamos super bien en este airbnb. La ubicación es inmejorable, con panaderías, supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes y mucho más a solo unos pasos. Además, las playas hermosas están súper cerca, lo cual fue perfecto para disfrutar al máximo. El lugar estaba muy cómodo y bien equipado . El coanfitrión fue súper atento, siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades y nos hizo sentir como en casa.

We had a wonderful stay at VillaNicky! Everything was perfect from the house, to the location, to the amenities. Marco has everything you’ll need for your vacation and is extremely helpful with local recommendations. The location of VillaNicky is wonderful - a 10 min walk to our favourite restaurant, Casa Islena (our kids could swim while we enjoyed breakfast) and Sandy Beach for boogie boarding. We loved everything about Rincón and VillaNicky. We’ll be back for sure!

El Lugar es muy cómodo para 4 parejas o tres familias. La vista de Aguada, Aguadilla es espectacular y el balcón del segundo piso, una joya para contemplarlo. Un lugar tranquilo y apartado, solo las casas del segundo piso alrededor. Muchas gracias!

We loved our stay! The place was beautiful! Fantastic views overlooking the ocean. We really loved being able to cut the AC’s off and open the screened in windows to enjoy the ocean breeze. There was 7 of us in total, and we never felt crammed at all, plenty of space for all of us. I would highly recommend!

Simply put, Carlos's property was fantastic! It's a beautiful house, tastefully furnished and very well-equipped. The entire house was incredibly clean. There were plenty of high-quality beds, bedding, and linen. The beach, just steps away, was also wonderful. Carlos was very responsive to our requests and overall, a very gracious host. Beautiful location! You can hear the waves from your bed! Condo was a little tricky to find in the dark, but once we found it we were very happy- it’s well stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The kids loved finding sea glass on the beach -and playing in the tide pool just down the beach.

Tom and Lynette have such a lovely property right on the water. They have excellent communication and we're very hospitable. Definitely take advantage of the beach but if you don't have a surfboard, dont go swimming. it's as powerful as the warning signs advise you about. The third floor terrace is a great place to watch the stars on a clear night that reminds you how small you are in this world. The beds and bathrooms are very spacious and accommodating, and the kitchen is well stocked with amenities. The property for sure had a, "home away from home vibe"

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa del Sol. From the friendly guard at the entrance to the gated community, to the great location of the unit. We ate most of our meals out.. the list of restaurants that Vivienne provided was fantastic. We went to a number of them and they were delicious. Would definitely recommend this unit.
