Another wonderful stay at Jim and Peggy Wynn's home away from home (our 3rd visit)! Their place is perfect for us and we love it here. Check out our previous reviews from July 2024 and February 2025 - as it covers our wonderful experience here. Jim and Peggy are absolutely wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality has truly made our ongoing experience here very memorable. We can't thank them enough for making us feel right at home!

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

I personally met Eric and Blair and they were both very gracious and very friendly.We had a great conversation and shared many common thoughts and experiences. I would not hesitate in recommending their lovely accommodations to family and friends.

We have been to many AirBnbs over the years. We can say without hesitation that this was the most comfortable place we have ever been to. The space was super comfy, well appointed, in a quiet residential neighborhood, but within a few blocks of Greensboro shopping. We went out to a couple of great restaurants, the Green Valley Grill for dinner and Mimi's for breakfast. The zoo is awesome. If we are ever in this area again, this is the place we will choose. A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

I’ve lived exclusively in Airbnb’s for the past year for work. This is by far my favorite Airbnb I have stayed in. I would very highly recommend Joy and Eric’s places they are super friendly, very helpful and offer an amazing place to stay.

This is not the first time I’ve stayed here and it didn’t disappoint. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the greater Greensboro area!

Christian is a great host, his place was very nice and staying there was as expected. He provided clear instructions, and everything needed was available as per the place's description. The yard is nice, the place was so peaceful. We had a great and quiet time there.

We had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and if we had any questions the host were super responsive! The house made us feel at home and the host left treats that made the stay that much better! We’d definitely come and stay again when back in Greensboro!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Greensboro. The home was clean and inviting and provided plenty of space for my family of five. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We definitely enjoyed the enclosed patio and spent much of our days relaxing there. We would definitely return for another trip.

The house was very spacious and in a quiet location. It was exactly as described in the listing. It is conveniently located to High Point University and to the Greensboro airport. Chris was very responsive and was easy to work with when we decided to extend our reservation to add an additional day at the last minute. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

Great place in a safe, quiet neighbor. Loved being close to the military park and also having an assigned parking space. Condo is comfortable and quiet. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. This was a nice place for a long-term stay.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

We had a dance competition this past weekend and stayed at the condo because it was within walking distance to the Carolina Theater. The condo was very clean and large enough to accommodate two children and two adults. The host was extremely responsive prior to and during our stay. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Shani's place when attending a graduation at High Point University. A little over 20 minutes from the campus, Shani's place provided us with a quiet respite from the fast paced weekend. The place is very clean and had all the comforts of home! Very responsive to questions and great suggestions for local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

It was a very comfortable stay and felt right at home! My family and I had everything we needed and more. We attended a wedding and the Airbnb was perfect for us to stay and rest after wedding events. We would absolutely recommend and will be back to stay!

Loved my stay, I stayed there with some family for four days and it was amazing. The house was just how it was described beautiful neighborhood. The house was very clean, felt very comfortable, the instructions were very clear for check in and check out. Will definitely be staying there again, highly recommend.

Karen is awesome! She was there for us without delay when we needed a little help. Her home is beautiful and the downtown area is so full of life and everything you could want is right there. No need to get in your car, unless you just want to. Karen's home is one of our favorite homes away from home. I am sure it will be one of yours as well.
