good flat and well kept. location is central and near to main daman market. Though parking is not available in in the building, we were able to get a place nearby and it was safe to park the car. The lift in the building definitely needs some maintenance, but it was overall a good stay for the price that we paid for a family of 4. If you are looking for a buget stay andavcclean, homely atmosphere, this is a good apartment.

The villa was cleaned every day, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience. A special mention to Harshal Bhai, who was incredibly sweet and polite, making us feel truly welcome. And of course, the egg bhurji was amazing—definitely a must-try! Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Looking forward to visiting again.
