It was the best Airbnb I was in. Nice and clean place. Lots of amenities. Perfect clean pool. Spacious living room ideal for big families. Spacious master bedrooms with private bathrooms. The host was responsive and the instructions were clear. I definitely recommend this place and If I ever comeback to Pattaya I will definitely book this place

The house is amazing, just like the owners are. We had a very good communication with Pam before, during and after our stay. The house is spacious and lush and it‘s tastefully decorated. The house is secluded in a private estate but still near to beaches and the nearby town. Perfect for family’s or groups up to six friends.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille à la villa Indu Siam. Tout était parfait. La villa, située en bord de mer, est très belle, très bien conçue et aménagée et d'une grande propreté. Davide a toujours été très réactionnel à nos demandes en amont. Un bravo particulier à Anna et son équipe, quelle réactivité à tout point de vue : conseils sur les excursions, réservations de massages ( à domicile,c'était top ) de taxis, de restaurants, de golf, dépannage en temps record lors d'une crevaison en scooter, etc... et quelles fines cuisinières. Nous nous sommes régalés chaque matin avec leur délicieux petits-déjeuners ainsi que de trois repas du soir qui étaient tout simplement excellents. Tout cela dans une très grande discrétion. Un grand merci.

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

The place was amazing, felt at the heart of nature with mesmerizing views at sunrise and sunset. The place was very clean and well organized. Very flexible hosts who provided us with early check in and was always one text away. Shout out to Rio the property manager for his outstanding support during the period of our stay; he’s always there to support and provide guidance, he literally responds to you within the minute. Overall the place was amazing and worth the stay; just a heads up you’d need a good car to get there as it’s uphill, which goes without seeing if you need a good view, you need to drive uphill.

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.

Villa Rapha was an amazing location for our 5 nights in Koh Samui. Nick was a brilliant host, giving us local recommendations and help with transfers. The villa itself is beautiful, with amazing views over Cheong Mon beach and the water. We loved the pool and spent many hours just relaxing in the water soaking in the views. The villa is true to it's description and photos and we'll definitely be back next time we're in Koh Samui.

My family and I stayed at Jim’s villa for four nights and it was simply the highlight of our trip. The villa was spotless and it also included all the required (and nice to have) amenities to make it a great stay. In addition, the private chef, CHADA was unbelievable and each morning we looked forward to eating breakfast. The food was so good that we ended up having CHADA prepare two dinners for us. All in all, Jim was super helpful in promptly answering all of our questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend Jim’s place to all and we are excited to stay at his place once again in the future.

We are a family of eight (age 16-46) who stayed in Villa Vimana during Christmas 2022, and what a fantastic vacation it was! Andreas was the perfect host and there was no issue too trivial for him to help with, whether recommending restaurants, arranging airport pick-up, having groceries bought before arrival, assisting with renting scooters, or suggesting things to do on the island. The housekeeper is also a wonderful person and always willing to help. The house is lovely, clean and well kept, even better than in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and all with en-suite bathrooms, which we thought was a big advantage. The pool area is very nice and we spent long hours lazing by the pool, both day and evening. Electricity is paid for by usage and just to give an idea, we paid approx. 5.500 Baht (150 USD) for a 10-day stay. An absolutely amazing and completely unforgettable vacation, big thanks to Andreas for all the assistance. We definitely give our best recommendation.

Rarely does the actual BnB match the photos. In this case it surpassed the photos. The villa was of an excellent standard and the hosts exceptionally welcoming and supportive. What topped it off was the great value. Well worth staying and thank you to the hosts!

Probably our favorite holiday rental ever. The care, warmth and very attentive service from Watt and Khung was incredible. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and we quickly figured out that it was far more relaxing to stay in for dinner and have our hosts prepare delicious fresh meals than go out. The house is stunning - both inside and out (view of the ocean never gets old) and very tastefully decorated. Great communication from Martin throughout as well, with helpful local recommendations

Stunning holiday home with fantastic views and a lovely sunset. Perfectly located to explore the island and easily access both the Chaweng and Fisherman’s Village areas of an evening. The Villa has everything you could possibly need , the pool area / view out to sea are exceptional and the games / cinema room is an added bonus. We used the Chef service for breakfast (extra cost) once which was lovely - omelettes, cereal, fresh fruit etc, enough to set you up for the rest of the day! The team of staff who look after the villa do a great job and are very helpful. We stayed 8 nights and had a cleaning service twice during this time which also provided clean bath and pool towels etc also. Overall a fantastic holiday, a perfect location and we would recommend this villa for anyone thinking of visiting the island.

La villa propose une salle de bain dans chaque chambre, un grand séjour, une cuisine toute équipée, une piscine au bord de l'eau. Notre séjour a été magnifié par la disponibilité de Fon qui nous a préparé des petits déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners sur demande. Les chauffeurs ont été à notre disposition tout au long du séjour. I just got back from an incredible stay at Villa ISHANA in Koh Phangan, and I have to share how special it was for me. From the first moment I stepped into the villa, I felt a sense of peace. The decor is beautiful, but it’s really the warm atmosphere and the amazing views that made it feel like a little slice of heaven. Eim, our host, was phenomenal. Honestly, I felt like I was staying with a friend rather than just renting a place. He was so supportive and genuinely cared about our experience. Whether I needed recommendations for places to eat or help with planning our days, Eim was always there with the best suggestions and a friendly smile. One of my favorite moments was lounging by the infinity pool at sunset, just soaking in the beauty of the island. It was such a tranquil escape from the daily grind, and I can’t remember the last time I felt that relaxed. I loved every minute of my time at Villa ISHANA, and I can't thank Eim enough for making our stay so memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. It is spacious and because of the large windows on both sides, bright and at the same time cosy and has all the necessities. The pool table on the back terrace is very cool. The house is nestled in a beautiful garden. You can relax by the large pool and let your gaze wander over the varied vegetation. The trees, shrubs and plants are very calming. The neighbourhood is quiet and you have your privacy. (The building site on the neighbouring property was only rarely under construction during our stay, so the noise didn't really bother us). Our contact person Iris was very helpful and obliging. Communication went smoothly and questions were answered within a very short time. Transport and the hire of a scooter were also organised without any complaints. Many thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful pool villa! The location is peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short drive from the beach. The house is well-equipped with everything a family might need—from kitchen essentials to comfortable bedrooms. We especially enjoyed the pool table, and had fun playing board games as a family. While playing, some dice rolled under the sofa and we did notice a few bugs underneath—nothing major, but worth mentioning. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing. Wi-Fi worked well, and towels were provided (though no rug and tissue papers). The host was very responsive and helpful—easy to reach and great for recommendations. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely return!

The villa was super spacious. In such a nice area of Pattaya and the staff were really friendly and super accomodating! Thankyou, Art and the team! We may even stay again next year!

I haven’t been in Thailand for more than 8 years and when we came to this place it felt right as how it was. The host is so helpful, kind and so humble. This is how I remember how the Thai people are. The place felt like paradise!

Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, begrüßten uns Pannipa & Markus mit solcher Wärme und Freundlichkeit, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Sie gaben tolle Tipps für die Gegend, waren immer da, wenn wir etwas brauchten, und gaben uns trotzdem die Freiheit, die Unterkunft zu genießen. Dies ist eine Unterkunft voller Glück und Gastfreundschaft und wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt hier von ganzem Herzen!

Staying at this villa was an incredible experience. The place is truly spectacular — nestled right in the heart of the jungle, offering a perfect mix of nature, beauty, and comfort. Every corner of the property is immaculately cared for, and you can tell the hosts put a lot of love and attention into maintaining it. It’s honestly even better than the pictures — peaceful, beautifully designed, and a true hidden gem. For the price, it’s an absolute steal. I felt completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and every day there was pure magic. I’m already looking forward to coming back.
