Kuća je jako lijepa i uredna,lokacija je izvrsna,blizina svih atrakcija unutar 10 minuta. U snježnim vremenima se može i ispred kuće uživati u sanjkanju i zimskim radostima i u obližnjem sanjkalištu Mukinje na 10-ak min udaljenosti. Domaćin Ivana je super susretljiva i brzo odgovara. I domaći pas koji uvijek čuva kuću i goste.

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal bei Lana zu Gast. Es hat uns wie immer super gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sehr sauber, mit allen ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer super Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber, die einfache Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft. Tolle Unterkunft und klare Weiterempfehlung unsererseits.

La communication a été très agréable. Iva est disponible pour toutes informations nécessaires. Un grand merci pour toutes les attentions apportées pendant notre séjour. Le beau temps n'était pas toujours à rendez vous, mais les enfants ont eu de quoi s'occuper dans le logement. Encore merci pour cela. Le logement est situé près de la mer, on peut y accéder à pied en 10 min. La rue est très calme. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans le logement pour y passer un bon séjour.

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren total süß und aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war super idyllisch und ruhig. Hier kann man sich jeden Abend beim Grillen auf der Terrasse super entspannen. Der Strand ist in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Man kann das Auto direkt vor der Unterkunft abstellen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pula ist in 15 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Die Lage war einfach perfekt.

Mirno, ugodno, osjećaj kao kod kuće. Domaćin na raspolaganju, sve što je potrebno se nalazilo u kući. Užitak je bio boraviti na navedenoj lokaciji. Hvala. Pozdrav.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

We felt instantly at ease the moment we arrived, it was perfect for our family of five, with three young children. The home is cozy, well‑equipped, and surrounded by absolutely stunning views of the mountains—so peaceful, almost surreal. It’s just a short drive to the lake, which made exploring really easy. In just a few days, we did so much: climbed up to the castle, walked around the lake, and the kids had a blast at the playground near the campsite. We did an Easter egg hunt in the flowery garden, and I also squeezed in a peaceful run around the town on our last evening, just to soak up the atmosphere one more time. Everyone we met was so friendly, and the gardens in the area are beautiful. We’re already talking about booking again—can’t wait to come back!

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Casa Ruiz und Irene war ein super Host. Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend und ist auch hochwertig ausgestattet. Ich kann die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Vielen Dank an Irene für die Tipps und den herzlichen Empfang.

Výborná poloha. Blízko Arény, ale aj centra mesta. Pešo cca 3 min. V blízkosti obchod a taktiež niekoľko kaviarní s nižšími cenami ako v centre. Aj napriek tomu že je to tak blízko Arény je to tiché miesto. Veľmi blízko taktiež rôzne nákupné centrá a Mc Donald - Kaufland, Lidl, Reserved atď. Autom cca do 3 minút, pešo tak 20 min. Veľkým plusom je parkovanie rovno pred vchodom do bytovky, nie na ulici kde okolo jazdia autá a chodia ľudia. Pre vykladanie a nakladanie batožiny z auta ozaj pohodlné. My sme auto plné batožiny vyložili za max 5 min. Vybavenie bytu výborné. Všetko čo potrebujete máte ako vo vlastnom dome. Veľkým plusom sú elektrické radiátory, čo nie je v chorvátskych apartmánoch pravidlom. Najmä ak cestujete mimo letnej sezóny. Komunikácia s majiteľom vynikajúca a rýchla. Ubytovanie odporúčam na základe dobrej skúsenosti. :-))

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub in Daijas Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war gepflegt und modern ausgestattet. Sie bot allen Komfort: In der Natur gelegen, den Pool als Erfrischung nach Ausflügen und fußläufig gelegen zur kleinen, entzückenden Stadt Bale. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Darija ist superfreundlich und hat uns bei allen Fragen toll unterstützt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!!

l'appartamento si trova al piano primo di una palazzina. gli host abitano sopra ma ti lasciano soggiornare in completa privacy. molto disponibili e rapidi nelle comunicazioni. l'appartamento era pulito e vicinissimo all'arena. l'appartamento disponeva di tutti i servizi necessari (utensili cucina, salviette, coperte). esperienza positiva.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die war gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gut klimatisiert. Gastgeber war super nett, immer hilfsbereit und 24 std. erreichbar. Robust lose Check in und Check out. Gerne wieder.

We stayed for two weeks in the house as a family and we highly recommend it to all! It is fully equipped with everything you may need as a family, to have a very comfortable stay! It has two very spacious bedrooms and very good facilities for laundry and meal preparation. The location is fantastic in the old town of Koper and everything is a short walk away to explore as well as bus and taxi station just a few minutes away! The house was super clean and fully ready for us when we arrived and the hosts welcomed us in the best possible way! Overall a great find and we hope to stay again when we next visit Koper!

My wife and I spent a week in the apartment and we loved it. It is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. We felt right at home. The apartment is easy to reach and find, and there were no issues with parking. It’s a great base for exploring the beautiful Slovenia. Jaka and Tomaz were very helpful, and communication with them was excellent.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e rilassante. Dragana è stata sempre molto disponibile nei nostri confronti, per ogni necessità o consiglio la risposta è sempre stata tempestiva. L'appartamento al nostro arrivo era appena stato pulito, la cucina ed i locali erano provvisti del necessario. Il terrazzino è stato lo scenario di innumerevoli cene al tramonto. La prima spiaggia distava circa tre minuti di bicicletta, mentre il centro storico una quindicina di minuti. I supermercati sono stati facilmente raggiungibili sia in bicicletta che a piedi. Il complesso residenziale era molto tranquillo. Ringraziamo Dragana per l'ospitalità e speriamo di tornare a trovarla prossimamente. Super consigliato!

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement REA in Medulin war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und an Restaurants. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Eigentümer Vedran, der sich stets erkundigt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement REA von Herzen weiter!

Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. We had a great time at Adam's place! It was lovely with everything we needed and Adam was an amazingly helpful host with lots of suggestions and advice for us. One note is that the home does not have Wifi but sounds like that might happen in the future. The flat was right in the middle of town and we could see the lake, the mountains on both sides, etc - it was beautiful. We'd love to go back!

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

Waren 2 Wochen zu dritt bei ksena und es hat uns Super gefallen schöne Wohnung in einer Super schönen Stadt.

Logement parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Propriétaire prévenant et très réactif. Les pizzas da Luca à emporter juste à côté absolument délicieuses. Notez simplement que sans voiture le trajet jusqu’à Venise est un peu long (bus puis Tram ou train) et qu’avec des enfants petits ça peut se révéler un peu compliqué. À part ça tout était parfait.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen. Das Stadtzentrum lässt sich zu Fuß erreichen.
